A manufacturing device includes a feeder, a first pressing roller, a second pressing roller, a third pressing roller, a transmission assembly, and a driving assembly. The first pressing roller and the second pressing roller cooperatively press a hot melt adhesive from the feeder to obtain a preprocessed light guide plate. A temperature of the second pressing roller is lower than a temperature of the hot melt adhesive. The third pressing roller separates the preprocessed light guide plate from the second pressing roller to obtain a light guide plate. The transmission assembly connects the second pressing roller and the third pressing roller. The driving element is connected to the transmission assembly, and drives the transmission assembly to rotate the third pressing roller around the second pressing roller, and thus adjusting a contact area and a contact time between the light guide plate and the second pressing roller.

The filaments are spaced from each other and surrounds the patterned roller. The filaments are configured for heating the patterned roller.

In a method for manufacturing an integral imaging device, a layer of curable adhesive is first applied on a flexible substrate and half cured such that the curable adhesive is solidified but is capable of deforming under external forces. Then the curable adhesive is printed into a lenticular lens having a predetermined shape and size using a roll-to-roll processing device and fully cured such that the curable adhesive is capable of withstanding external forces to hold the predetermined shape and size. Last, a light emitting diode display is applied on the flexible substrate opposite to the lenticular lens such that an image plane of the light emitting diode display coincides with a focal plane of the lenticular lens.

An apparatus for manufacturing light guide plate includes a coater containing UV curable glue, a first pressing roller and a second pressing roller. The first pressing roller and the second pressing roller are located nearby each other and space a predetermined distance from each other. The coater distributes UV curable glue on the surface of the first pressing roller or the second pressing roller. The first pressing roller and the second pressing roller cooperatively press the distributed UV curable glue. At least one of the first pressing roller and the second pressing roller includes a transparent shell and a UV lamp in the transparent shell. The UV lamp emits UV light to the other pressing roller. The UV lamp solidifies the UV curable glue pressed between the first pressing roller and the second pressing roller.

An optical fiber connector includes optical fibers, a connector body, and positioning members. The optical fibers are received in the respective through holes, and pass through the respective first recesses, the respective separating portions, and the respective second recesses, and aligned with the optical lenses. The three engagement posts of the positioning member are arranged above a through hole and surround a receiving room. The three engagement posts and a separating portion cooperatively retain an optical fiber in the connector body.

An optical fiber connector includes optical fibers, a connector body, and a cover. The connector body includes optical lenses arranged at the first side surface. The connector body defines receiving grooves. Each of the receiving grooves has a V-shaped section and two slanted surfaces. The cover and the slanted surfaces of the receiving grooves cooperatively securely retain the optical fibers in the connector.

A light guide plate includes a substrate and horizontally oriented elongated prisms. The substrate is positioned on mounted on an outside surface of a window of a building and includes a first surface and an opposing second surface. The second surface faces the outside surface. The substrate is made of transparent material. The prisms are arranged on the first surface and parallel to each other. Each prism includes a flat side surface facing upward and a curved side surface facing downward. The flat side surface and the curved side surface extend from the first surface and intersect at a line away from the first surface. Each curved side surface is configured for reflecting light passing through the flat side surface to a ceiling of the building.

An apparatus for manufacturing a roller includes a loading plate, a polishing device, a processing device, a hot pressing device, a mounting device, and a cutting device. The loading plate loads a preprocessed metal plate having a preprocessed molding surface. The polishing device polishes the preprocessed molding surface to obtain a polished molding surface. The processing device forms molding patterns on the polished molding surface to obtain a metal plate with a molding surface defining the molding patterns. The hot pressing device forms impression patterns on a preprocessed resin film to obtain a resin film by pressing the metal plate and the preprocessed resin film together. The mounting device mounts the resin film to a rolling surface of a main body until the resin film winds around the rolling surface. The cutting device cuts the resin film.

An optical fiber connector includes a connector body, two optical fibers, two lenses, and a cover. The connector body includes an optical fiber receiving member defining a recess with an open end and an optical lens member assembled in the recess. The optical lens member has a first surface and a second surface. The optical fibers are received in the optical fiber receiving member. The lenses are formed on the first surface and coupled with the respective optical fibers. The cover includes an engaging member and two shielding members. The engaging member is received in the recess. Each shielding member includes a first plate extending from the engaging member and a second plate perpendicularly extending from the first plate. The first plate covers the optical lens member, and the second plate shields the corresponding lens.

Optical fiber connector

An optical fiber connector includes a number of optical fibers, a body, a number of supports, and a cover. The body includes a number of lenses at a first end thereof, a number of through holes at an opposite second end, and a recess located between the lenses and the through holes. The through holes are in communication with the recess. The optical fibers extend through the respective through holes and optically coupled with the respective lenses. The supports are formed in the recess. Each support defines an arc-shaped receiving groove. The cover is engagingly received in the recess and defines a number of V-shaped positioning grooves. Each positioning groove has a first slanted surface and a second slanted surface. The positioning grooves and the corresponding receiving grooves cooperatively securely retain distal portions of the optical fibers in the recess of the body.
