A method for identifying a wafer is provided, which includes the following steps. A marked frame is obtained from a wafer inspection picture. A gray scale index corresponding to the marked frame is calculated based on a gray scale value corresponding to each of multiple pixels included in the marked frame. The gray scale index indicates a proportion of pixels whose gray scale values are greater than a specified value. Whether a trace pattern in the marked frame is a scratch or a grain boundary is determined based on the gray scale index.

Method for identifying wafer

The disclosure provides a tissue sectioning system for direct coupling with a microscope. The tissue sectioning system includes a frame having a blade module, a container containing a solution system, and a movable arm. Specifically, the blade module is used to slice a sample. The solution system in the container includes at least two solutions, which are the first and second solutions. Further, a refractive index of the first and second solutions is identical, and the first and second solution is immiscible with each other. The first moveable arm has two ends, which are the first end and second ends. The first and second ends connect to the container and the frame, respectively. Additionally, the first moveable arm moves the container along the Z-axis.

Tissue sectioning system

A packaged image sensor includes a substrate, an image sensor, a light-emitting element, and a first encapsulant. The substrate includes a through-hole. The image sensor and the light-emitting element are disposed on the substrate and are electrically connected to the substrate. The first encapsulant is filled between the image sensor and the light emitting element, and keeps the through-hole of the substrate opened. The through-hole of the substrate of the above-mentioned packaged image sensor can define a relative position between a pipe and the image sensor to facilitate the subsequent packaging process. An endoscope including the above-mentioned packaged image sensor is also disclosed.

A control circuit for a switching voltage regulator is disclosed, having a charging circuit, a discharging circuit, and a charging-discharging control circuit. The charging circuit generates a charging current according to the input voltage and the output voltage of the switching voltage regulator for charging a capacitor. The discharging circuit generates a discharging current according to the output voltage of the switching voltage regulator for discharging the capacitor. The charging-discharging control circuit configures the charging circuit, the discharging circuit, and the switching voltage regulator according to the voltage of the capacitor for providing a control signal to configure the switching voltage regulator.

The present invention discloses a multi-phase switching regulator, a driver circuit of a multi-phase switching regulator, and a control method of a multi-phase switching regulator. The multi-phase switching regulator includes: at least two power stages, switching power transistors in the power stages to convert an input voltage to an output voltage according to pulse width modulation (PWM) signals generated by corresponding PWM controllers respectively; and a current balance circuit, generating a current balance signal according to the current of the corresponding power stage and a phase adjustment signal to averagely distribute current over the active power stages. In the present invention, the gain of the current balance circuit is adjustable, to avoid or reduce output voltage overshoot and undershoot when the phase number changes, while the current balance function is still achieved in normal operation.

Multi-phase switching regulator and driver circuit and control method thereof

A multi-phase power converter with constant on-time control includes a plurality of channels to convert an input voltage into an output voltage, and each of the channels is driven by a control signal. When all channel currents of the channels are balanced, each of the control signals remains a constant on-time. When the channel currents are imbalanced, the on-times of the control signals are modulated according to the difference between each channel current and a target value for current balance between the channels.

A DCR sense scheme is provided to sense the inductor current of a COT power converter. The DCR sense is implemented by using the direct current resistance of the output inductor of the COT power converter, and thus eliminates the ESR limitations on the type of output capacitors for stability concern. A quick response mechanism is further incorporated in the COT power converter to speed up the transient response of the COT power converter.

A per-phase quick response generation circuit generates a quick response signal to determine a quick response pulse to be inserted into a pulse width modulation signal of the corresponding phase. The quick response pulse will force the upper power switch of the corresponding phase on to increase the current supply ability during load transition. A multi-phase voltage regulator with the quick response generation circuit can have different quick response pulse widths for the interleaved phases, so as to decrease the current imbalance period of the voltage regulator after load transition.
