A method for allocating wireless resources based on sensitivity to interference provides a base station controller which, within an area of overlap of adjacent wireless cells, determines a set of neighboring cell pairs from a plurality of cells. The base station controller sorts the set of neighboring cell pairs according to the number of inner-pair interfered user equipment devices of each neighboring cell pair where inner-pair interfered user equipment devices are user equipment devices located in coverage areas of the neighboring cell pair and allocates resource blocks for each neighboring cell pair sequentially based on the sorted set. An apparatus employing the method is also disclosed.

Method for allocating wireless resources based on sensitivity to inter-cell interference and apparatus thereof

A method for selecting a beamforming technique, applied in an apparatus of a multi-cell network, provides optimization to maximize effective throughput of communication based on the multi-cell network, the optimization is modelled as a Markovian decision process, and a multi-agent reinforcement learning framework is built based on the multi-cell network. A multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithm is used to generate the optimization and obtain a current beamforming selection strategy of all base stations.

Method and apparatus for selecting beamforming technique in multi-cell networks

A robust touch display apparatus utilizing adhesive as a shock absorber includes a cover lens, a touch module disposed under the cover lens, a display module disposed on a surface of the touch module away from the cover lens, a casing, and a protection frame. The casing receives the cover lens and supports the touch module and the display module. The protection frame is fixed on an outside surface of the casing. The protection frame faces a sidewall of the cover lens and the touch module.

The present invention discloses a touch control device, which is addressed to the rimple problem resulting from the full-lamination design of the touch control panel and the liquid crystal display module. The present invention compensates for the elevation drop of the slightly lower control circuit region of the liquid crystal display module in a thickness-increasing way to make the entire liquid crystal display module have an identical elevation. In some embodiments, the present invention increases the thickness of a portion of a ground tape or an optical adhesion layer to compensate for the elevation drop of the liquid crystal display module with respect to the touch control panel. Thereby, the rimple problem is effectively solved.

Touch control device

A panel assembly includes a frame, a cell module, a retaining structure, and a flexible circuit board. The frame has a first surface and a second surface respectively located at opposite sides of the frame. The cell module and the retaining structure are respectively disposed on the first and second surfaces. The flexible circuit board is connected to the cell module and bended to extend over the second surface. The flexible circuit board has a through hole having a passing zone and an inwardly reduced zone communicated with each other. A part of the retaining structure extends from the second surface to a side of the flexible circuit board distal to the second surface via the inwardly reduced zone for preventing the flexible circuit board from moving away from the second surface. The passing zone is configured for the retaining structure to pass through.
