A vaccine composition includes a porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV) S1 spike protein having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, and an inactivated porcine epidemic diarrhea virus (PEDV). The vaccine composition is used in a method of preventing PEDV infection in swine, whereby systemic Immunoglobulin G (IgG), Immunoglobulin A (IgA) and neutralizing antibody may be successfully induced by the vaccine composition, hence providing sufficient immune protection against PEDV.

Charging handle

An adjustable handle auxiliary device includes a main handle body, a handle, a resting part, a tank body and at least one clamping part. The main handle body has one side having a docking portion, and one end edge having a combination tooth portion. The handle has a combination portion. The combination portion and the docking portion can be mutually combined together. The resting part has one side having a resting slot and the other side having a toothed combination slot. The toothed combination slot and the combination tooth portion can be mutually combined together. The tank body is formed with a chamber. The main handle body is disposed in the chamber. The tank body is provided with multiple jointing members. The clamping part includes a first clamping member, a second clamping member and a third clamping member combined together. The second and third clamping members clamp the jointing members.

Adjustable handle auxiliary device

A recombinant baculovirus displaying on its envelop a fusion protein is disclosed. The fusion protein comprises a heterologous antigen, and a C-terminal region of baculovirus envelope GP64 protein, which has at least 100 amino acid residues in length and lacks a B12D5 binding epitope located within the central basic region of the GP64 protein. The genome of the recombinant baculovirus comprises a transgene encoding a fusion protein that comprises a signal peptide, the heterologous antigen, and the C-terminal region of the baculovirus envelope GP64 protein, in which the antigen is located between the signal peptide and the C-terminal region of the GP64 protein. Methods for eliciting an antigen-specific immunogenic response in a subject in need thereof are also disclosed.

A differential radio frequency signal transmitter is provided. The differential radio frequency signal transmitter includes an oscillator, a modulator and an amplifier module. The oscillator generates a pair of differential oscillation signals. The modulator generates a pair of differential modulated signals according to an input signal and the pair of differential oscillation signals. The input signal is a digital signal. When the input signal is at a first state, the modulator outputs the pair of differential oscillation signals as the pair of differential modulated signals, and when the input signal is at a second state, the modulator outputs a constant voltage signal as the pair of differential modulated signals. The amplifier module receives and amplifies the pair of differential modulated signals and generates a pair of differential radio frequency signals, accordingly.

A vehicle automatic anti-glare device comprises a LCD panel having a function of being converted into a &ldquo;non-light filtering&rdquo; mode from a &ldquo;light filtering&rdquo; mode as voltage is applied thereon; a reflection film installed at a back side of said LCD panel, when the said LCD panel is in a &ldquo;light filtering&rdquo; mode, said reflection film reflects the light of said LCD panel so that said LCD panel reflects images; a light sensor for detecting the light intensity of the light radiated to said LCD panel and sends out a signal; and a control module for receiving an output signal from said light sensor. As the signal is over is default value, then a pressure is applied to the LCD panel so that said LCD panel is converted into a &ldquo;non-light filtering&rdquo; mode. The control module has a data receiving device which receives the data from a microcomputer in a vehicle and then transfers said data to said LCD panel. A back side of said LCD panel is installed with a battery device and a retainer seat for receiving said control module so that said LCD panel has power for operation, and via the said retainer seat, said LCD panel is fixed and connected to said rear-view mirror of a vehicle. Thereby, the user may install the vehicle automatic anti-glare device himself (or herself).
