A method performed by a base station (BS) for power saving configuration is provided. The method includes receiving at least one of a first Resource Control (RRC) parameter or a second RRC parameter, the first RRC parameter indicating that a user equipment (UE) supports a first search space set group (SSSG) switching mechanism, and the second RRC parameter indicating that the UE supports a second SSSG switching mechanism; and transmitting, to the UE, one or more physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) configurations including one or more third RRC parameters, all of the one or more third RRC parameters indicating a same one of the first SSSG switching mechanism and the second SSSG switching mechanism.

The method includes: performing a bandwidth part (BWP) switching from a first BWP to a second BWP during a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) adaptation time period in response to a bwp-InactivityTimer expiration; and starting monitoring a default SSSG in the second BWP in response to the default SSSG being configured.

Methods and apparatuses for Downlink (DL) signaling reception are provided. The method receives a configuration of multiple Control Resource Sets (CORESETs) overlapping in time domain. The method selects a first CORESET, and then selects a second CORESET by performing a set of operations including: in response to determining that the first CORESET is associated with only one Quasi-Co-Location (QCL) type D property, selecting a CORESET that is associated with two QCL type D properties, one of which being the only one QCL type D property, as the second CORESET, and in response to determining that the first CORESET is associated with two QCL type D properties, selecting a CORESET that is associated with only one QCL type D property, which is one of the two QCL type D properties, as the second CORESET. A method performed by a UE is provided. The method includes receiving a first DCI format for scheduling at least one HARQ-ACK codebook in at least one first PUCCH in at least one first slot; receiving a second DCI format in a second slot, the second DCI format (i) for scheduling a retransmission of the HARQ-ACK codebook in a second PUCCH and (ii) indicating a first slot offset; and transmitting the first HARQ-ACK codebook scheduled in one of the at least one first slot via the second PUCCH. If the first slot offset is a positive value, the first slot is determined by counting backward a number of slots indicated by the first slot offset from the second slot. If the first slot offset is a negative value, the first slot is determined by counting forward the number of slots indicated by the first slot offset from the second slot.

A wireless communication method for performing logical-channel-based prioritization by a UE configured with a first IE relating to the logical-channel-based prioritization is provided. The wireless communication method includes: determining whether a PUCCH for an SR transmission overlaps a PUSCH; determining whether the UE is configured with a second IE relating to a simultaneous transmission function of the PUCCH for the SR transmission and the PUSCH; and in a case that the PUCCH for the SR transmission overlaps the PUSCH, performing the logical-channel-based prioritization according to at least one of: whether the UE is configured with the second IE, and a value of the second IE, if the UE is configured with the second IE.

Method and device for performing logical-channel-based prioritization

A method performed by a user equipment (UE) is provided. In the method, at least one of a first configuration associated with a first operation of switching a search space set group and a second configuration associated with a second operation of skipping a physical downlink control channel monitoring are received. Downlink control information comprising a specific field associated with at least one of the first configuration and the second configuration is also received. When the first and second configurations are received, the first operation is performed based on a value in the specific field and the first configuration when the value in the specific field is one of a first set of values, and the second operation is performed based on the value in the specific field and the second configuration when the value in the specific field is one of a second set of values.
