Provided is a display apparatus including a transparent substrate, display modules on the transparent substrate, an interconnect, a cover layer and a control device. The display module includes a first circuit board, LED devices and a molding layer. The first circuit board has first and second surfaces opposite to each other, and is disposed on the transparent substrate with the first surface facing the transparent substrate. The LED devices are disposed on the first surface and electrically connected to the first circuit board. The molding layer is disposed on the first surface to cover the LED devices. The interconnect is disposed in the first circuit board and on the second surface to electrically connect the display modules to each other. The cover layer covers the display modules and the interconnect. The control device is electrically connected to a portion of the interconnect adjacent to the edge of the transparent substrate.

Display apparatus

A head-mounted augmented reality stereo vision optical film on glasses, including a light-transmitting display layer, an optical projection layer, and an eyeball tracking layer, is provided. The light-transmitting display layer includes multiple pixel units. The optical projection layer includes multiple lens units. One of the lens units is configured to correspond to at least one of the pixel units. The eyeball tracking layer includes multiple micro-sensing elements.

Head-mounted augmented reality stereo vision optical film on glasses

A head-mounted eye tracking system including an eye tracker, a signal processor, and a plurality of light-emitting optical guides is provided. The eye tracker is adaptable for sensing eyeballs of a wearer. The eye tracker includes a plurality of light-emitting devices and a plurality of sensing devices. The plurality of light-emitting devices are adaptable for emitting a tracking beam. The sensing devices are adaptable for receiving the tracking beam reflected by the eyeballs of the wearer. The signal processor is signally connected to the eye tracker. The plurality of light-emitting optical guides is disposed corresponding to the plurality of light-emitting devices.

Head-mounted eye tracking system

Provided is a recognition method of 3D vein pattern including the following steps. A plurality of first light beams are emitted by a recognition device to a wrist of a user. A plurality of first reflected light beams from the wrist are received by the recognition device to form a first 3D vein pattern of the wrist. Differences between the first 3D vein pattern and a wrist vein pattern of a database are compared to identify an identity or a gesture of the user. A recognition device of 3D vein pattern is also provided.

Recognition method of 3D vein pattern and recognition device thereof

A head-mounted augmented reality stereo vision optical film, including a light transmitting display layer, an optical projection layer, and an eye tracking layer, is provided. The light transmitting display layer has multiple pixel units. The optical projection layer has multiple light guide units. The light guide unit includes a pinhole configured corresponding to at least one of the pixel units. The eye tracking layer has multiple micro sensing elements.

A method for manufacturing a display array includes the following steps: providing a substrate and forming a semiconductor stacked layer on the substrate; forming an insulating layer and a plurality of electrode pads on an outer surface of the semiconductor stacked layer, the insulating layer and the electrode pads directly contacting the semiconductor stacked layer, wherein the insulating layer has a plurality of openings spaced apart from each other; and transferring the semiconductor stacked layer, the insulating layer and the electrode pads from the substrate to a driving backplane, wherein the electrode pads are respectively electrically connected to the driving backplane through the openings of the insulating layer to form a plurality of light emitting regions in the semiconductor stacked layer as the electrode pads and the semiconductor stacked layer are energized by the driving backplane.

Method for manufacturing display array

A display array including a semiconductor stacked layer, an insulating layer, a plurality of electrode pads, and a driving backplane is provided. The semiconductor stacked layer has a plurality of light emitting regions arranged along a reference plane. The insulating layer is disposed to an outer surface of the semiconductor stacked layer and contacts the semiconductor stacked layer. The insulating layer has a plurality of openings respectively corresponding to the plurality of light emitting regions. The electrode pads are disposed to the insulating layer and are respectively electrically connect the plurality of light emitting regions through the plurality of openings. The driving backplane is disposed to the semiconductor stacked layer and electrically connected to the plurality of electrode pads, wherein a light emitting material layer of the semiconductor stacked layer has consistency along an extension direction of the reference plane.

Display array

A spliced display including a transparent substrate, a plurality of micro (light-emitting diodes) LEDs, and a plurality of light sensors is provided. The transparent substrate has a display surface and a back surface opposite to each other. The driving backplanes are disposed on the back surface of the transparent substrate to be spliced with each other. The micro LEDs are disposed on the driving backplanes respectively and located between the micro LEDs and the transparent substrate. Each of the driving backplanes is corresponding to parts of the micro LEDs. The light sensors are disposed on the transparent substrate and located between the driving backplanes and the transparent substrate. Each of the light sensors is adjacent to at least two of the micro LEDs, and at least one of the at least two of the micro LEDs is adjacent to two of the light sensor.

Spliced display

A head-mounted eye tracking system including an optical combiner, an eye tracker and a signal processor is provided. The optical combiner includes an optical coupler. The eye tracker is at least partially disposed on the optical combiner and is suitable for sensing an eyeball movement of a wearer. The eye tracker includes a plurality of light-emitting devices and a plurality of sensing devices. The plurality of light-emitting devices are suitable for emitting tracking beams. The plurality of sensing devices are suitable for receiving the tracking beams reflected by the eyeball of the wearer. The signal processor is signally connected to the eye tracker.

A method for manufacturing a display array includes the following steps: providing a substrate and forming a semiconductor stacked layer on the substrate; forming an insulating layer and a plurality of electrode pads on an outer surface of the semiconductor stacked layer, the insulating layer and the electrode pads directly contacting the semiconductor stacked layer, wherein the insulating layer has a plurality of openings, and the electrode pads are respectively located in the openings of the insulating layer and separated by the insulating layer; and transferring the semiconductor stacked layer, the insulating layer and the electrode pads from the substrate to a driving backplane, wherein the electrode pads are respectively electrically connected to a portion of the semiconductor stacked layer and the driving backplane through the openings of the insulating layer to form a plurality of light emitting regions in the semiconductor stacked layer.

A spliced display including a transparent substrate, a plurality of light emitting diode modules, at least one control element and a signal transmission structure is provided. The transparent substrate has a display surface and a back surface opposite to each other. The light emitting diode modules are disposed on the back surface of the transparent substrate to be spliced with each other. Each of the light emitting diode modules includes a driving backplane and a plurality of micro light emitting diodes, and the micro LEDs are disposed in an array between the driving backplane and the transparent substrate. The control element is disposed on the transparent substrate. The control element is connected to the light emitting diode modules via the signal transmission structure, and the light emitting diode modules are connected to each other via the signal transmission structure.

Spliced display with LED modules disposed on transparent substrate

A biometric device includes a substrate, an image sensor, an optical layer and at least one infrared light emitting diode (IR LED). The image sensor is disposed on the substrate. The optical layer is disposed on the image sensor and includes a diffraction pattern. The IR LED is disposed on the diffraction pattern of the optical layer. The optical layer is located between the IR LED and the image sensor.

Biometric device and method thereof and wearable carrier

A biometric device includes a substrate, an image sensor, at least one infrared light emitting diode (IR LED), a supporting structure and an optical layer. The image sensor is disposed on the substrate. The at least one IR LED is disposed on the substrate. The supporting structure is disposed on the substrate and located between the image sensor and the at least one infrared light emitting diode. The optical layer is disposed on the supporting structure, covers the image sensor, and includes a coded pattern.

Biometric device and wearable carrier

A magnetic transfer module adapted to transfer a plurality of electronic elements. The magnetic transfer module includes an electromagnet and a plurality of transfer unit. The transfer units are connected to the electromagnet, each of the transfer units includes a ferromagnetic material element, and at least one of the transfer units includes a heating element. The electromagnet magnetizes the ferromagnetic material element, such that the ferromagnetic material element magnetically attracts one of the electronic elements. The heating element is disposed between the electromagnet and the ferromagnetic material element, and heats the ferromagnetic material element to demagnetize the ferromagnetic material element while being actuated.

Magnetic transfer module and method for transferring electronic element

A display device including a circuit substrate, a plurality of pixels, and a light-shielding layer is provided. The pixels include a plurality of light-emitting elements. The light-emitting elements are disposed on the circuit substrate and are electrically connected to the circuit substrate. The light-emitting elements in the pixels are arranged along an arrangement direction. The light-shielding layer is disposed on the circuit substrate and has a plurality of pixel apertures. The pixels are disposed in a corresponding pixel aperture. The light-shielding layer includes a plurality of first light-shielding patterns extending in the arrangement direction and a plurality of second light-shielding patterns connected to the first light-shielding patterns. The extending direction of the second light-shielding patterns is different from the extending direction of the first light-shielding patterns. A thickness of the first light-shielding patterns is greater than or substantially equal to a thickness of the second light-shielding patterns.
