A method for manufacturing a modified porous composite structure includes steps as follows. A functionalized melamine sponge is provided, a porous organic framework source is provided, a connecting step is conducted, and a modifying step is conducted. The porous organic framework source includes a porous organic framework or a precursor of the porous organic framework. The porous organic framework and the precursor of the porous organic framework include a plurality of first ligands. Each first ligand includes at least one tetrazine group. In the connecting step, the functionalized melamine sponge is combined with the porous organic framework, so that a porous composite structure is obtained. In the modifying step, a reactive group of a modifying group donor is reacted with the tetrazine group, so that a modifying group of the modifying group donor is connected to the porous composite structure to obtain the modified porous composite structure.

A metal-organic framework (MOF) polymer for solid-phase microextraction (SPME) includes an MOF including metal ions building units coordinating polytopic organic linkers; and a polymer coordinatively bonding to the MOF, wherein the polymer is composed of one or more vinyl monomers and a cross-linker those are polymerized in the presence of a radical initiator. A method for preparing a stationary phase for SPME is also provided.

A simple, highly efficient, and environmentally friendly method of immobilizing macromolecules, particularly the biomolecules, to a solid carrier and thus forming a bioreactor, including the following steps: (1) providing the biomolecule and a leading molecule, and linking the biomolecule and the leading molecule by microwave to form an adsorbent; (2) providing a porous support material, and mixing the porous support material and the adsorbent to form a mixture; (3) treating the mixture by a vortex process such that the adsorbent being adsorbed and immobilized on the porous support material to form a bioreactor for biological reactions and biocatalysis; and the bioreactor can be further used for constructing a biological reaction system via incorporating a buffer solution and a ligand.

The present invention is related to a phosphor that can be excited by UV light between 375 to 400 nm to emit white light, which is intrinsically produced by emitting blue light with yellow light simultaneously. This compound is synthesized from organic amine, metal oxide and phosphate under hydrothermal conditions, and gives rise to a zeolitic structure with the chemical formula of (A)[ZnGaO(HPO)(PO)].yHO (0&#x3c;x&#x3c;9, 0&#x3c;y&#x3c;15). On the other hand, when synthesized by different solvents, it is possible to obtain a phosphor of the same chemical formula and structure, but it can emit yellow light when excited by UV light or blue light emitted by LED between 300 to 500 nm.
