Various solutions for tiered channel information feedback with respect to user equipment and network apparatus in mobile communications are described. An apparatus may determine a first tier channel state information (CSI) based on a first reference signal resource measurement. The apparatus may report the first tier CSI to a network node. The apparatus may determine a second tier CSI based on the first tier CSI and based on a second reference signal resource measurement. The apparatus may report the second tier CSI to the network node. The second tier CSI may be different from the first tier CSI.

Method and apparatus for tiered channel state information feedback in mobile communications

A method performed by a UE for multiple Transmission Reception Points (TRPs) based non-codebook PUSCH transmission includes receiving, from a BS, configuration of two Sounding Reference Signal (SRS) resource sets with a usage parameter indicated as 'non-codebook'; receiving, from the BS, an Radio Resource Control (RRC) message configuring a mapping pattern between the two SRS resource sets and a plurality of PUSCH repetitions; receiving, from the BS, an Uplink (UL) Downlink Control Information (DCI) including two SRS Resource Indicator (SRI) fields; and transmitting, to the BS, the plurality of PUSCH repetitions according to the two SRI fields indicated in the UL DCI and the mapping pattern, wherein the two SRI fields determine two precoders and two transmission ranks applied for the plurality of PUSCH repetitions associated with the two SRS resource sets, and a number of the two transmission ranks determined by the two SRI fields are the same.

Wireless communication method and user equipment for non-CodeBook PUSCH transmission

A method of deriving a Quasi-CoLocation (QCL) assumption for a user equipment (UE) in multi-panel transmission is disclosed. The method comprises obtaining a plurality of control resource set (CORESET) groups from a network of the wireless communication system, determining a default QCL assumption for demodulation reference signal (DM-RS) port(s) of at least one physical downlink share channel (PDSCH), reception scheduled by a scheduling physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) according to a CORESET of one of the plurality of CORESET groups when a time offset between a reception of downlink control information (DCI), in the scheduling PDCCH and the at least one PDSCH reception is less than a threshold, wherein at least one of the plurality of CORESET groups includes at least one CORESET for indicating a QCL assumption, and applying the default QCL assumption for reception of the DM-RS port(s) of the at least one PDSCH.

Method of deriving QCL assumption in multi-panel transmission and related device

Method and UE are provided for scheduling for CCS from SCell to PCell. In particular, a UE can connect to a PCell and a SCell. A CCS is configured between the PCell and the SCell. According to a UE type, the UE can monitor PDCCHs from both the PCell and the SCell in a same slot when the UE is a first type UE, or ignore the PDCCHs from the SCell in the same slot when the UE is a second type UE.

Method and user equipment for cross-carrier scheduling from secondary cell to primary cell

Some present implementations provide a method for a user equipment (UE) connected to a non-terrestrial network (NTN). The method may receive, from a base station (BS) of the NTN at a downlink (DL) slot n, a timing advance (TA) command. The method may also adjust a timing of uplink (UL) transmissions to the BS according to the received TA command. The method may also include applying the adjusted timing for the UL transmissions by performing the UL transmissions from a beginning of a UL slot n+k+1+K. Kmay be a common delay broadcast by the BS to a plurality of UEs connected to the NTN including the UE, and k may be an additional delay specific to the UE.

MAC-CE command action timing control in non-terrestrial networks

A method and a User Equipment (UE) for performing Sidelink (SL) communication are provided. The disclosure provides method for configuring transmission configuration indicator (TCI) states for user equipment (UE) and UE. In the embodiments of the disclosure, the details about how to exactly use the TCI-based structure for indicating a common beam for various purposes (e.g., both DL/UL, UL (only) or DL (only)) have been introduced. In addition, the embodiments of the disclosure have proposed the exact behavior of switching different TCI state for different purpose as well. Wireless communication method and User Equipment for performing repetition-based Uplink transmissions

A method of configuring a set of active cells among neighboring cells to reduce latency and interruption for inter-cell mobility is proposed. The set of active cells is an active set of cells among which UE can do fast cell switching. The set of active cells is configured by the network based on UE measurement report or network deployment information. UE maintains the configuration and can perform pre-synchronization to the configured active cells in downlink (DL) only or in both DL and uplink (UL). UE maintains the DL/UL synchronization with the active cells, and applies configuration once UE is indicated to switch to an active cell as the target cell. Because UE maintains the configuration and DL/UL timing of the target cell before receiving the cell-switch command, the mobility latency and interruption time for inter-cell mobility is reduced.

A method for SCell BFR performed by a UE is provided. The method includes: receiving a first SCell BFR configuration corresponding to a first SCell, the first SCell BFR configuration including at least one of a resource list for BFD and a resource list for NBI; detecting a beam failure condition in the first SCell by measuring at least one BFD reference signal; determining a first new candidate beam index for the first SCell based on the first SCell BFR configuration; and transmitting a beam failure recovery request that includes a cell index of the first SCell in which beam failure occurs and the determined first new candidate beam index.

A method for a base station (BS) instructing a UE to monitor a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) for power saving signaling is disclosed. The method comprises transmitting a discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration to the UE indicating to monitor a scheduling signal on the PDCCH within a DRX active time, and transmitting a configuration to the UE for monitoring the power saving signaling on the PDCCH, instructing the UE to wake up for monitoring the scheduling signal in the DRX active time, wherein the configuration includes a time in milliseconds prior to a start of a DRX on-duration time, and instructs the UE to start monitoring the PDCCH for the power saving signaling.

A method and apparatus for determining a BFD RS are provided.
