The disclosure provides a semiconductor structure and a method of forming the same. The semiconductor structure includes a base pattern including a channel region and a drain region, a first semiconductor layer on the channel region of the base pattern, and a gate structure on the first semiconductor layer. The gate structure includes a first stack disposed on the first semiconductor layer and a second stack disposed on the first stack. The first stack includes a first sidewall adjacent to the drain region and a second sidewall opposite to the first sidewall in a first direction parallel to a top surface of the base pattern. The first sidewall is at a first distance from the second stack in the first direction, and the second sidewall is at a second distance from the second stack in the first direction. The first distance is greater than the second distance.

Semiconductor structure and method of forming the same

This disclosure provides a semiconductor structure and a method of forming buried field plate structures. The semiconductor structure includes a substrate, buried field plate structures, and a gate. The substrate incudes a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface. Each of the buried field plate structures include a conductive structure and an insulation structure surrounding the conductive structure. The gate is embedded in the substrate and extend into the substrate from the first surface of the substrate, wherein the gate is configured between the two neighboring buried field plate structures. The conductive structure includes portions arranging along a direction perpendicular to the first surface of the substrate and having different widths in a direction parallel to the first surface of the substrate.

Semiconductor structure and method of forming buried field plate structures

A method for reducing the number of the times of switching communication channels and a mobile device are provided. The method includes following steps: determining whether the mobile device is at a stationary state or a semi-stationary state according to a plurality of location information of the mobile device during a predetermined time interval; recognizing an area where the mobile device is located and a communication mode of the mobile device when the mobile device is at the stationary state or the semi-stationary state; establishing a transmission power variation table according to a plurality of transmission powers used by the mobile device at the communication mode; searching for a specific transmission power which is most frequently used from the transmission power variation table; increasing a lowest allowable transmission power of the mobile device to a target transmission power higher than the specific transmission power; and recording the target transmission power.

Method for reducing number of times of switching communication channels and mobile device using the same

An ultraviolet sensor comprises a glass substrate, a semiconductor structure, an electrode layer and a thin film metallic glass. The semiconductor structure comprises a semiconductor seed layer formed on the glass substrate and a plurality of semiconductor nanostructures formed on the semiconductor seed layer. The electrode layer is formed between the semiconductor seed layer and the plurality of semiconductor nanostructures. The thin film metallic glass is in contact with the semiconductor structure, wherein an interface between the thin film metallic glass and the semiconductor structure forms a Schottky barrier junction to inhibit dark current and increase signal-to-noise ratio.

Ultraviolet sensor and method of manufacturing the same

A stylus includes a conductive rod, a circuit board, and an antenna. The conductive rod has a first opening. The circuit board is disposed in the conductive rod and includes a ground portion, wherein the conductive rod is electrically connected to the ground portion. The antenna includes a radiating portion and a feeding portion. The feeding portion is electrically connected to the circuit board and extends to the outside of the conductive rod via the first opening. The radiating portion is disposed at the outside of the conductive rod and is electrically connected to the feeding portion.

Stylus and antenna thereof

An antenna module includes an antenna body, a signal feeding element and a conducting element. The signal feeding element is mounted on the antenna body, and the antenna body can move between a first position and a second position relative to the signal feeding element. When the antenna body is at the first position, the antenna body contacts and conducts with the conducting element to form a loop. When the antenna body is at the second position, the antenna body does not contact with the conducting element. In an embodiment, antenna receives signal well in both position.

Antenna module and electronic device with the same

The antenna matching circuit control device with an antenna body includes a sensing module, a processing module, a power adjusting module and a frequency adjusting module. The sensing module senses an object that approaches the antenna body and outputs a sensing signal accordingly. The processing module is coupled to the sensing module and outputs a first control signal and a second control signal according to the sensing signal. The power adjusting module is coupled to the processing module and controls a power amplifier to couple with one of a plurality of first matching circuits according to the first control signal. The frequency adjusting module is coupled to the antenna body and the power adjusting module. The frequency adjusting module controls one of a plurality of second matching circuits to couple with one of the first matching circuits according to the second control signal.

A mutual optimization method for class matrix and diffusion weighting used in a halftone image processing technique and a mutual optimization system thereof are provided. In the method, a mutual optimization of a plurality of diffusion weightings and a class matrix used in a dot diffusion process is performed based on a concept of simulated annealing in order to avoid converging to local solution, so as to ensure an image quality of a halftone image generated by the dot diffusion process. Besides, since the mutual optimization method is for a hexagonal class matrix, a block effect appearing in the halftone image can be significantly reduced.

A zoom tracking method for digital camera is disclosed. The method comprises storing a position table comprising data of several zoom position curves respect to positions of a focus lens and move the focus lens position by looking up said position table while moving a zoom lens position. The curves are divided into a first linear region, a second linear region and a nonlinear region to reduce the table size while still achieving good image quality.

An auto focus method of a digital camera for moving a lens of the digital camera to the maximum focus value position is provided. According to certain criteria, the lens movement states are categorized into four states, i.e. an initial state, a coarse state, a mid state and a fine state.
