A flow passage design for multi-reaction biological detection includes a first temporary tank, a second temporary tank, a first microchannel, and a second microchannel. The first temporary tank is configured to temporarily store a first liquid in an initial state. The second temporary tank is configured to temporarily store a second liquid in the initial state. The first microchannel is located upstream of the first temporary tank. The first microchannel has an outlet end and an inlet end, respectively connecting to the first temporary tank and the second temporary tank. The second microchannel is located downstream of the first temporary tank and connects to the first temporary tank. In the initial state, a portion of the first liquid enters the second microchannel, the outlet end of the first microchannel is covered by the first liquid, and the inlet end of the first microchannel is covered by the second liquid.

Flow passage design for multi-reaction biological detection and detection method thereof

A blood plasma and blood cell separation device includes a first body, a blood plasma separation membrane and a second body. The first body has an injection port. The blood plasma separation membrane is disposed on the first body. The second body is movably assembled to the first body and has a collecting stage. The collecting stage has a collecting surface and a sampling recess on the collecting stage. When a blood enters the blood plasma separation membrane from the injection port of the first body, a blood plasma in the blood plasma separation membrane is separated by a capillary force between the collecting stage of the second body and the blood plasma separation membrane, and the blood plasma enters in the sampling recess by a relative movement between the first body and the second body.

Blood plasma and blood cell separation device and separating method thereof

The present invention provides a fluid inspection device comprising at least one channel including a top channel surface and a bottom channel surface, and a first spacing formed therebetween; at least one chamber communicating with the at least one channel from which a fluid flows into the at least one chamber and including a top chamber surface, a bottom chamber surface and a fluid-filling area and a through opening communicating with the at least one chamber and the outside. A second spacing is formed between the top chamber surface of at least one portion of the fluid-filling area and a corresponding bottom chamber surface thereof, wherein the second spacing is smaller than the first spacing. The fluid inspection device prevents bubbles from producing in the chamber and obstructing the inspection and further allows less required fluid amount in the chamber.

Fluid inspection device

A liquid analyzing device includes a carrier, a driving unit, a rotating plate and a transmission mechanism. The driving unit is adapted to drive the carrier to rotate. The rotating plate is rotatably disposed on the carrier and adapted to support an analyzing cassette. The transmission mechanism is connected between the carrier and the rotating plate. When the driving unit drives the carrier to rotate to enable a rotation speed of the carrier to be changed and cross a predetermined rotation speed, the rotating plate rotates relatively to the carrier.

Liquid analyzing device

A biological detecting cartridge adapted to gather a detected fluid includes a collection port, a first flowing layer structure communicating with the collection port and a second flowing layer structure communicating with the first flowing layer structure. The first and the second flowing layer structures are disposed in different levels in the biological detecting cartridge. A flowing method of a detected fluid in a biological detecting cartridge is further provided.

Disclosed is a test strip device, comprising a strip body and a blocking element. The strip body has a first face and a second face. The strip body has an injection opening, a flow channel and a reaction receptacle. The injection opening reaches the first face, the flow channel is in fluid communication between the injection opening and the reaction receptacle, and the flow channel is in fluid communication with the injection opening through a flow channel opening. The blocking element is vertically movably disposed in the injection opening, and the blocking element selectively closes the flow channel opening. Therefore, the back flow of a sample can be prevented, so as to ensure chemical reaction of the sample and a reagent and thus improve accuracy of the test results.

Test strip device

A test device and a rotation module thereof are provided. The rotation module includes a rotation body and a driving element. The rotation body includes a shaft, a position limiting element, a reciprocation element, and a rotation element. The shaft is pivoted in a housing. The position limiting element and the reciprocation element are telescoped on the shaft, respectively. The rotation element engages with the shaft and is located between the position limiting element and the reciprocation element. The driving element is slideably disposed in the housing and coupled to a groove of the reciprocation element. When the driving element moves back and forth, the driving element drives the reciprocation element to rotate back and forth relative to the position limiting element through the groove. The rotation element is pushed by the reciprocation element to rotate along a rotation direction relative to the position limiting element.

Test device and rotation module thereof

A glucose test device and its carrying unit are provided. The glucose test device includes a housing, the carrying unit, a first push rod, and a second push rod. The carrying unit is detachably assembled in the housing. The carrying unit includes a first cartridge, lancets, a second cartridge, and strips. The first cartridge has first perforated grooves, and the lancets are slidably disposed in the first perforated grooves respectively. The second cartridge is adjacent to the first cartridge, and the second cartridge has second perforated grooves. The strips are slidably disposed in the second perforated grooves respectively. The first push rod as corresponding to the first cartridge is movably disposed in the housing. The second push rod as corresponding to the second cartridge is movably disposed in the housing, wherein the first push rod is parallel to the second push rod.

Glucose test device

A test device and a rotation module thereof are provided. The rotation module includes a rotation body and a sleeve. The rotation body includes a shaft, a first tube element, and a second tube element. The shaft is pivoted in the housing, and has an annular protrusion. The first tube element and the second tube element are sleeved on the shaft respectively, and the second tube element is located between the first tube element and the annular protrusion. The sleeve is slidably disposed on the rotation body. When the sleeve moves between a first position and a second position back and forth, the second tube element is driven to rotate back and forth relative to the first tube element. The annular protrusion is respectively driven by second tube element and the sleeve drive the annular protrusion so that the shaft rotates relative to the first tube element.

A hybrid step motor comprises a stator, a rotor assembly, a magnet and a mandrel. The rotor assembly and the magnet are mounted on the mandrel and are disposed in the stator. The proportion of a stator outer diameter to a stator inner diameter is 1:0.475 to 1:0.6. The proportion of the stator outer diameter to a rotor outer diameter is 1:0.5125 to 1:0.5875. The proportion of a first rotor thickness to a magnet thickness to a second rotor thickness is 0.236:0.09:0.236 optimally. The proportion of the rotor outer diameter to a magnet outer diameter is 0.54:0.45. By such arrangements, the optimal proportion is formed and the output efficiency is improved.

A synchronous actuator comprises a telescopic cylinder assembly having at least three pivotally connected cylinders, a drive assembly and a driven assembly. The drive assembly is connected to two adjacent cylinders. The driven assembly is connected to three adjacent cylinders. With the drive assembly and the driven assembly, the cylinders of the telescopic cylinder assembly can be extended or retracted synchronously in axial direction.

A locking structure for an upper cover and an outer housing of a motor, the motor comprises an outer housing, an upper cover and at least two locking members. The upper cover is mounted on one end of the outer housing, and the locking members are locked in the outer housing by screws that pass through the upper cover, such that the upper cover and the outer housing are locked with each other stably and easily.
