A webbing height adjusting device and a webbing height adjusting unit thereof is applied in a three-point seat belt system. The webbing height adjusting unit has an adjuster base, a slider, an elastic member for actuating the adjuster base and the slider to clamp an object, and an outer shell disposed on the adjuster base. The webbing height adjusting device has a supplementary webbing and a D-loop connected to each other and disposed in a vehicle. The webbing height adjusting unit is connected to a main webbing in the three-point seat belt system to form an adjustable top position and clamps the supplementary webbing. Increase of a tension of the main webbing enhances clamping of the webbing height adjusting unit. The adjuster base and the slider are simple and convenient in operation to unclamp the supplementary webbing and adjust a height position of the webbing height adjusting unit.

Webbing height adjusting unit and webbing height adjusting device

A webbing height adjusting device connected to a main webbing extending out from a webbing retractor of a seat belt system of a vehicle has a shock absorbing component and a webbing height adjusting unit. The shock absorbing component has a D-loop, a supplementary webbing, and an elastic element connected to the supplementary webbing for shock absorbing. The webbing height adjusting unit has an adjuster base, a slider, an elastic member, and an outer shell. The main webbing is mounted through the D-loop and the adjuster base; the supplementary webbing is mounted through the webbing height adjusting unit and clamped by the slider and the adjuster base pressed by the elastic member. The outer shell allows an operator to move the slider and the adjuster base relatively so as to unclamp the supplementary webbing and adjust the height of a top position formed by the webbing height adjusting unit.

Webbing height adjusting device

A webbing height adjustment device is applied to connect to a webbing of a seat belt system. The webbing height adjustment device has a top ring member, a locking assembly, and a positioning member. The locking assembly is moveably disposed outside the top ring member. The positioning member is disposed on the side surface of the top ring member, is clutched with the locking assembly, and has a positioning element and a combining portion. The positioning element is disposed on the top ring member. The combining portion is disposed on the positioning element and selectively holds the locking assembly for positioning. The webbing height adjustment device is easy to operate and automatically locks the webbing. The webbing height adjustment device can be adjusted continuously and occupies little space when not in use.

Webbing height adjustment device

A webbing height adjustment device is applied to connect to a webbing of a seat belt system. The webbing height adjustment device has a top ring member, a locking assembly, and a positioning member. The locking assembly is moveably disposed outside the top ring member. The positioning member is disposed on the side surface of the top ring member, is clutched with the locking assembly, and has a positioning element and at least one combining portion. The positioning element is disposed on the top ring member. The at least one combining portion is disposed on the positioning element and selectively and magnetically attracts the locking assembly for positioning. The webbing height adjustment device is easy to operate and automatically locks the webbing. The webbing height adjustment device can be adjusted continuously and occupies little space when not in use.

A kinetic energy harvesting mechanism has a fixing shaft, a rotating shell, an input member, and a fixing shaft driving assembly. The rotating shell is disposed on the fixing shaft. The input member is axially connected to the fixing shaft. The fixing shaft driving assembly is disposed in the rotating shell and has a first one-way bearing, a second one-way bearing, a first driving member, a second driving member, and a third driving member. Unidirectional transmission functions of the first one-way bearing and the second one-way bearing are adverse to each other. The first driving member is disposed in the rotating shell by the first one-way bearing. The second driving member is disposed in the rotating shell by the second one-way bearing. The third driving member is disposed in the rotating shell and is connected to the first driving member and the second driving member.

Kinetic energy harvesting mechanism

A guide ring sensor has a fixing seat, a guide ring, an elastic member, and a sensing element. The guide ring is pivoted on the fixing seat by a positioning member. The elastic member is mounted on the body of the fixing seat, is connected to the guide ring, and provides resilience to the guide ring. The sensing element is mounted on the fixing seat to detect a pivoting angle change of the guide ring and generate a signal corresponding to the pivoting angle change of the guide ring. The sensing element may detect whether a webbing is correctly fastened or not by the pivoting angle change of the guide ring.

Guide ring sensor

A webbing adjustment device for a seat belt system has a frame and a slider. The frame has a first hole and a second hole below the first hole. A front section of a webbing extends through the second hole of the frame. The slider is detachably connected to the frame. The slider has a first end portion, a second end portion, a connecting portion, and a through groove. The connecting portion is formed between the first end portion and the second end portion. The through groove is formed through the connecting portion. The connecting portion of the slider is inserted through the first hole, and a rear section of the webbing is passed through the first hole and the through groove, and the rear section is locked or unlocked by a relative motion between the frame and the slider.

Webbing adjustment device for a seat belt system

An adjustment device has a frame, a guide, a holding bar, a connector, and a manipulating unit. The frame has a holding inclined surface. The guide has two guiding slots extending longitudinally. The holding bar is disposed in and is movable along the guiding slots. The holding bar and the holding inclined surface clamp the webbing of the seat belt. The connector is mounted around the frame and is connected to the webbing. The manipulating unit is slidably mounted around the connector and has a pushing portion formed on a back side of the front slat and disposed under the holding bar and in front of the holding inclined surface. The adjustment device is to connect the webbing's second segment that is positioned vertically and clamp the webbing's first segment that is fastened obliquely on a user, and is simply operated by stepless adjustment to enhance comfort and safety.

Adjustment device for seat belt mechanism

A four-wheel steering central transmission device includes an input shaft extending through a front wall of a housing and having an input rotary disc formed with a first slide groove. A turning output unit includes an output shaft extending through a rear wall of the housing and having an output rotary disc formed with a second slide groove. A transmission unit disposed between the input and output shafts includes a hollow adjustment block disposed adjustably within the housing and movable leftward or rightward, and a transmission member movable within the adjustment block and having slide pieces inserted respectively and slidably into the first and second slide grooves.

Central transmission device for a four-wheel steering system

In a central transmission device of a four-wheel steering system, a turning output unit includes an output shaft extending rotatably through a rear wall of a housing for connection with a rear wheel turning mechanism, and a rotary disc coaxial and integral with a front end of the output shaft. The rotary disc has a radially extending slide groove. A turning input unit includes an input shaft extending rotatably through a front wall of the housing for connection with a front wheel turning mechanism, and a cam protrusion disposed eccentrically at a rear end of the input shaft. The cam protrusion extends into the slide groove and drives the rotary disc. The rotary disc turns reciprocally within a limited angle when the cam protrusion rotates one revolution.
