Provided is a cleaning device for cleaning optical lenses positioned in a tray. The cleaning device includes a supporting base for supporting the tray, two sliding members, a connecting plate, and a magnetic member. The supporting base includes a bottom plate and two parallel rails formed on a surface of the bottom plate. The sliding members are spatially corresponding to the rails, and each sliding member is slidably mounted on a corresponding one of the rails. The connecting plate is fixedly supported on the sliding members. The magnetic member is attached on a surface of the connecting plate facing toward the bottom plate.

Cleaning device for cleaning optical lenses in tray

A spacing ring is provided and includes a peripheral ring-shaped spacing portion and a light shading portion extending from an inner peripheral surface of the spacing portion. The spacing portion has a resisting surface. The light shading portion includes an inclined clamping surface connecting with the resisting surface of the spacing portion. The clamping surface and a central axis of the spacing ring cooperatively define an acute angle, the clamping surface and the resisting surface of the spacing portion cooperatively define an obtuse angle. A lens module using the spacing ring is also provided.

Lens module

A fixed-focus lens module includes an outer lens barrel, an inner lens, a first lens, and a second lens group. The outer lens barrel includes a first open end, a first cavity, and a second open end arranged in the order from the object side to the image side of the outer lens barrel. The inner lens barrel is received in the outer lens barrel adjacent to the first open end. The first lens is received in the inner lens barrel. The second lens group is received in the outer lens barrel adjacent to the second open end. An gap is defined between an outer wall of the inner lens barrel and an inner wall of the outer lens barrel at the first open end, and the center axis of the inner lens barrel is adjustable relative to the outer lens barrel for adjusting the alignment between the first lens and the second lens group.

Fixed-focus lens module

A lens assembly includes a first lens and a second lens. The first lens includes an optical axis, and a first engaging face facing toward the optical axis and a first engaging structure formed on the first engaging face. The second lens is used for engagement with and coaxially alignment with the first lens. The second lens includes a second engaging face facing away from the optical axis and a second engaging structure formed on the second engaging face for engagement with the first engaging structure of the first lens. The second lens is rotatable about the axis but non-movable along the optical axis relative to the first lens when the second lens is engaged with the first lens.

Lens assembly and camera module having same

A camera module includes a lens barrel assembly and a lens holder. The lens assembly includes a lens barrel and a lens received in the lens barrel. The lens include an optical axis. The lens barrel defines a recess in a sidewall of the lens barrel. The barrel holder includes a peripheral sidewall, an inner flange formed on an inner surface of the peripheral sidewall, and a protrusion extending from the inner flange. The peripheral sidewall of the barrel holder is threadedly engaged with the lens barrel. The protrusion extends in a direction parallel to the optical axis and is inserted in the recess.

An injection mold for molding a lens barrel is disclosed. The injection mold includes a female die, a male die and a screw die. The female die and the male die are correspondingly connected to two ends of the screw die. The female die, the male die and the screw die cooperatively define a mold cavity. The female die includes a female die plate and a female die core protruding from the female die plate. The male die includes a male die plate and a male die core protruding from the male die plate. The male die defines a through hole passing through the male die plate and the male die core. An air gap is formed between the distal ends of female die core and the male die core, the air gap is communicated with the mold cavity and the through hole.

Injection mold

A camera module includes a lens barrel, a first lens and a second lens. The lens barrel includes a substantially cylindrical inner wall. The first lens is received in the lens barrel. The first lens includes a first circumferential side surface spaced from the inner wall. The second lens is engaged with the first lens and received in the lens barrel. The second lens includes a second circumferential side surface. The second circumferential side surface has a first portion contacting the inner wall and a second portion spaced from the inner wall, thus a gap defined between the second portion and the inner wall. Adhesive is applied in the gap between the second portion and the inner wall.

Camera module

An apparatus for grinding a threaded portion of a workpiece, is provided. The threaded portion has a spiral groove formed therein. The apparatus includes a motor, a grinding cord, a detector and a controller. The motor has a rotary portion for rotating the threaded portion of the workpiece about an axis. The grinding cord is configured for being looped around the threaded portion of the workpiece with a middle part thereof engagingly received in a given portion of turns of the spiral groove for grinding the thread portion of the workpiece. The detector is for detecting a rotating cycle of the rotary portion. The controller is communicatively coupled to the detector for controlling the rotary portion to selectively rotate in a first rotating direction or in a reverse second rotating direction based on the received signal from the detector.

Apparatus and method for grinding threaded portion of workpiece

A lens module includes a lens barrel and a lens holder. The lens barrel includes a barrel. The barrel includes an outer surface and an outer thread portion formed on the outer surface. The lens holder includes a main body. The main body defines a receiving space to receive the lens barrel. An inner thread portion matching the outer thread portion is formed on an inner surface of the receiving space. The angle between the outer surface of the lens barrel and an optical axis of the lens module is different from the angle between the inner surface of the receiving space and the optical axis of the lens module.

An aperture stop includes a body and a black film. The body is stainless steel and the black film is disposed on at least two corresponding ends of the body. A manufacturing method of the aperture stop is also provided. The aperture stop is produced using the characteristics of the stainless steel body.
