An embodiment semiconductor device may include a semiconductor die; one or more redistribution layers formed on a surface of the semiconductor die and electrically coupled to the semiconductor die; and an active or passive electrical device electrically coupled to the one or more redistribution layers. The active or passive electrical device may include a silicon substrate and a through-silicon-via formed in the silicon substrate. The active or passive electrical device may be configured as an integrated passive device including a deep trench capacitor or as a local silicon interconnect. The semiconductor device may further include a molding material matrix formed on a surface of the one or more redistribution layers such that the molding material matrix partially or completely surrounds the active or passive electrical device.

An image forming device includes a case whereon a medium gateway opening is formed, and a tray assembly. The tray assembly includes a tray, a cover and a resilient component. The tray drives the cover to pivot relative to the case in a first pivoting direction from a second folding position to a second using position to reveal the medium gateway opening when the tray pivots relative to the case in the first pivoting direction from a first folding position to a first using position. When the tray pivots relative to the case in a second pivoting direction opposite to the first pivoting direction from the first using position to the first folding position, the cover is driven by the resilient component to pivot relative to the case in the second pivoting direction from the second using position to the second folding position to conceal the medium gateway opening.

Image forming device and tray assembly thereof

A measuring equipment, applied to carry a workpiece to be measured, includes a main base and a positioning device. The main base includes a measuring center axis. The positioning device includes at least two positioning elements. Each of the at least two positioning elements is disposed movably on the main base, and each of the at least two positioning elements is moved with respect to the measuring center axis. An identical distance is there from each of the at least two positioning elements to the measuring center axis. Each of the at least two positioning elements is used for the workpiece to contact and to be positioned to the measuring center axis.

Dimension measurement apparatus

An image forming device includes a casing and a medium detecting mechanism. A medium entrance is formed on the casing. The medium detecting mechanism includes a detector, a first pivoting component, a second pivoting component and a resilient component. When at least one medium enters into the medium entrance and abuts against the first pivoting component, the at least one medium drives the first pivoting component to pivot in a first pivoting direction, so that the second pivoting component is driven by the resilient component to pivot in the first pivoting direction to actuate the detector for generating a signal. When the second pivoting component is stopped from pivoting in the first pivoting direction, deformation of the resilient component allows the first pivoting component to be driven by the at least one medium to pivot relative to the second pivoting component in the first pivoting direction continuously.

A 3D measuring equipment and a 3D measuring method are provided. The 3D measuring equipment includes a base, a fixture, a measuring device, and a controller. The fixture is disposed on the base for an object to be measured to be disposed thereon. The fixture has a plurality of rods. The heights of the rods are adjustable. The measuring device is installed on the base and is movable relative to the fixture. The controller is connected to the measuring device and the fixture and configured to perform the following. The heights of the rods are adjusted according to 3D model data of the object to be measured to support the object to be measured. The measuring device is driven to move relative to the fixture to measure the object to be measured.

3D measuring equipment and 3D measuring method

An optical measurement stability control system includes a case, a circulating flow field, an optical measurement system and a heat dissipation flow field. The case has an airtight space. The circulating flow field is located in the airtight space and adapted to generate an airflow flowing in the airtight space. The optical measurement system is located in the airtight space and located on a flow path of the airflow. The heat dissipation flow field is connected to the case and located at an end of the flow path. The heat dissipation flow field discharges heat out of the airtight space by heat conduction and forced convection.

Peripheral and control method of control component thereof

A sensing device includes a housing, a supporting component, a grating module, a first roller, a second roller, and a control unit. When a media contacts with the second roller, the second roller drives the first roller to move the supporting component relative to the housing according to a thickness of the media, so as to adjust positions of the first roller and a grating wheel of the grating module relative to the housing. When the media drives the second roller to rotate, the second roller drives the first roller to rotate the grating wheel. The control unit determines whether the media proceeds at a predetermined speed according to a corresponding sensing signal generated by the grating module during rotation of the grating wheel, which allows a user to recognize a progress state of the media.

A delivery mechanism of business machine including a carrier board, an assembly rack, a delivery wheel group and at least one linkage assembly is provided. The assembly rack is disposed above the carrier board. The delivery wheel group includes at least one first roller and at least one second roller. The first roller is disposed on the carrier board. The second roller is disposed on the assembly rack and leans on the first rollers. The linkage assembly includes a rotation member and a paper flattening member. The rotation member is pivotally disposed on the assembly rack. The two opposite ends of the paper flattening member are respectively disposed at the rotation member and the assembly rack, such that the paper flattening member can be displaced along a curved path.

Delivery mechanism of business machine

A feeding mechanism comprises a base body, a feeding roller and a linkage assembly. The base body has a feeding channel. The feeding roller is disposed on the base body, and a part of the feeding roller is located in the feeding channel. The linkage assembly comprises a guiding component and a pressing component. The guiding component is pivotally coupled to the base body. Two ends of the pressing component are respectively and slidably disposed on the base body and the guiding component. The guiding component is rotatable relative to the base body so as to drive the pressing component to move along an extension direction of the feeding channel relative to the guiding component.

Feeding mechanism

An automatic angle-measured apparatus includes a driving unit coupled with a clamping plate and a driving seat, an encoding unit located at an end of the driving unit facing the driving seat and signally connected to the driving unit, at least one attitude sensor located at the driving seat, and a control unit signally connected to the encoding unit and the attitude sensor. The attitude sensor senses the un-rotated and the rotated driving seat to generate a first and a second signals, respectively. The control unit bases on the first and the second signals to calculate an offset. The control unit controls the driving unit to rotate a predetermined angle. The encoding unit bases on the predetermined angle to generate location information. The control unit bases on the first signal, the second signal and the location information to calculate angle information and compensation for performing a correction procedure.

Automatic angle-measured apparatus and method using the same

A mechanical encoder including an assembly, a flexible element, and a signal sensing module is disclosed. The assembly has a plurality of poking/stiring structure that provides poking/stirring function. The flexible element includes a first piezoelectric layer and a second piezoelectric layer. The first piezoelectric layer and the second piezoelectric layer are stacked on each other via an attach material. The flexible element is set up so that the poking/stiring structures stir/poke a first end of the flexible element, so as to output an electrical signal responsive to deformation of the flexible element. The signal sensing module receives the electrical signal to generate a position signal and a direction signal corresponding to the movement of the poking structures.

Mechanical encoder

An asynchronous master-slave serial communication system, a data transmission method, and a control module using the same are disclosed. The asynchronous master-slave serial communication system comprises a master control module and a slave control module. The master control module generates a check code according to an address information and a data information, and generates a data package according to the address information, the data information, the check code and the master clock signal. The slave control module generates a decoding data according to the data package and a slave clock signal, and generates the address information, the data information and the check code according to the decoding data.

Asynchronous master-slave serial communication system, data transmission method, and control module using the same thereof

The alignment mark and method for making the same are described. In one embodiment, a semiconductor structure includes a substrate having a device region and an alignment region; a first shallow trench isolation (STI) feature in the alignment region and having a first depth D; a second STI feature in the device region and having a second depth D; an alignment mark with patterned features overlying the first STI in the alignment region; and a gate stack formed on an active region in the device region.

System and method for providing alignment mark for high-k metal gate process

A motion control servo loop apparatus, comprising: a feed-forward control module, and a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control loop and a compensation adder. The feed-forward control module is capable of generating a feed-forward compensation. The PID control loop further comprises: a proportional control module, an integral control module and a derivative control module. The proportional control module is capable of generating a proportional compensation. The derivative control module is capable of generating a derivative compensation. The integral control module uses a digital differential analyzer (DDA) algorithm to perform integration for accumulated errors with respect to each sampling clock at each DDA pulse and thus output an accumulated error, which is then processed to generate an integral compensation. Thereafter, the compensation adder receives the feed-forward compensation, the proportional compensation, the integral compensation and the derivative compensation to calculate a position error compensation for a motor driver.
