A magnetoresistive sensor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The method includes: forming an initial reference layer in an annular shape, wherein the initial reference layer includes an anti-ferromagnetic layer and a ferromagnetic layer; performing a heat treatment on the initial reference layer, wherein the ferromagnetic layer is magnetized to have a magnetization direction oriented along a vortex path during a heating step of the heat treatment, and an exchange bias oriented along the vortex path is induced at an interface of the anti-ferromagnetic layer and the ferromagnetic layer during a cooling step of the heat treatment; patterning the initial reference layer to form separated reference layers, wherein the reference layers are respectively formed in a annular sector shape, and the reference layers are arranged along the vortex path; forming spacer layers and free layers to form magnetoresistive devices; routing the magnetoresistive devices to form the magnetoresistive sensor.

Magnetoresistive sensor and manufacturing method thereof

A lens device including a lens barrel, a lens, a linear reciprocating motion mechanism, and a power machine is provided. The lens is disposed in the lens barrel. The linear reciprocating motion mechanism includes a first movable part and a second movable part. The first movable part is coupled to the lens barrel. The second movable part is coupled to the first movable part. The power machine is coupled to the second movable part to drive the second movable part to rotate, thereby driving the first movable part, and the first movable part drives the lens barrel to perform a linear reciprocating motion, wherein when the second movable part is rotated by N turns, the first movable part is rotated by one turn, and N is greater than or equal to 10.

Lens device

An optical measurement apparatus includes a thermal insulation housing, a first light-transmissive plate, a second light-transmissive plate, a heat-conductive layer, a cooling source and a photosensor. The thermal insulation housing, the first light-transmissive plate and the second light-transmissive plate define a chamber. The heat-conductive layer is disposed in the chamber, the cooling source is coupled to the heat-conductive layer, and the photosensor is disposed outside the chamber and on one side of the second light-transmissive plate facing away from the first light-transmissive plate.

Apparatus for measuring optical characteristics of a test optical element under low-temperature environment

A lens adjusting mechanism includes a light-valve case, a lens case, one fastener, and a leaf spring assembly. The light-valve case has an emitting opening and a first opening edge, disposed on the peripheral portion of the emitting opening. The lens case has a light-path entrance and a light-path exit. The lens case also has a second opening edge. The second opening edge is disposed on the peripheral portion of the light-path entrance. The fastener is connected between the first opening edge and the second opening edge. The leaf spring assembly has at least one leaf contact. The leaf spring assembly is disposed between the first opening edge and the second opening edge. The leaf contact contacts the first opening edge or the second opening edge. The fastener is used to adjust the distance between the first opening edge and the second opening edge.

Lens adjusting mechanism

An optical lens includes a first lens, a light guide and a second lens arranged in order in a direction of an optical axis of the optical lens. The light guide has a first end and a second end opposite the first end, and an inner surface of the light guide touches at least a part of an outer edge of the second lens.

Optical lens

A lens adjusting mechanism including a base, a first fastening component, a first bracket, a second fastening component, a second bracket, and a lens is provided. The first fastening component is movably connected to the base along a first straight direction. The first bracket is movably connected to the base along the first straight direction through the first fastening component. The second fastening component is connected to the first bracket. The second bracket is movably connected to the first bracket along a second straight direction through the second fastening component, wherein the first straight direction is different from the second straight direction. The lens is disposed on the second bracket.

A lens array module includes a light incident surface, a light emitting surface opposite to the light incident surface, and a plurality of first and second lens surfaces. The first lens surfaces are arranged on the light incident surface to form into an array. The second lens surfaces are arranged on the light emitting surface to form into an array. The center of curvature of each of the first lens surfaces located at two opposite sides of a first reference point on the light incident surface deviates away from the first reference point in a direction parallel to a first reference axis, and the center of curvature of each of the second lens surfaces located at two opposite sides of a second reference point on the light emitting surface deviates toward the second reference point in a direction parallel to the first reference axis. A projection apparatus is also provided.

Lens array module and projection apparatus

A projection lens for projecting an image beam is provided. The image beam is converted by a light valve from an illumination beam irradiating the light valve. The projection lens includes a first lens group, a second lens group, and a third lens group. The first lens group is disposed on a transmission path of the image beam, and has a first optical axis. The second lens group is disposed on both a transmission path of the illumination beam and the transmission path of the image beam, and between the light valve and the first lens group. The second lens group has a second optical axis. The second optical axis is inclined with respect to the first optical axis. The third lens group is disposed on the transmission path of the image beam, and between the first lens group and the second lens group. A projection apparatus is also provided.

Projection lens and projection apparatus

A light combination device includes a reflective element and a first color separating element. The reflective element guides first color light beams emitted from at least a first light source and a second light source to propagate in a first direction. The first light source and the second light source are differently positioned in a space. The first color separating element transmits the first color light beams and reflects second color light beams emitted from at least a third light source and a fourth light source. The third light source and the fourth light source are differently positioned in the space. The first color separating element has a coating curved surface, and a curvature of the coating curved surface is varied according to positions of the third light source and the fourth light source to guide the second color light beams to propagate in the first direction.

Light combination device

An optical engine for a projection display device includes a housing, a light source module, an imaging unit, and a projecting mechanism. The housing includes a base wall and a surrounding wall cooperating with the base wall for defining a receiving space with an opening. The light source module is disposed at a side of the housing for providing an illuminating light beam into the receiving space. The imaging unit is disposed in the receiving space, and includes a display element and an optical lens set. The projecting mechanism includes a lens barrel having first and second barrel ends, a projecting lens disposed at the second barrel end, and a coupling element formed on an outer surface of the lens barrel adjacent to the first barrel end. The coupling element is configured to have a size and shape corresponding to those of the opening, and is disposed to cover the opening and to seal the receiving space.

Optical engine for a projection display device

A beam combiner for combining a first color beam, a second color beam, and a third color beam is provided. The beam combiner has a transparent substrate with a first optical surface on which a first reflective film reflecting the first color beam is disposed, and a second optical surface on which a second reflective film reflecting the second color beam is disposed. The first optical surface and the second optical surface are parallel. The second color beam entering the transparent substrate is reflected by the second reflective film and leaves the transparent substrate by passing through the first optical surface, while the third color beam enters the transparent substrate from the second optical surface and leaves the transparent substrate by passing through the first optical surface. The optical paths of the first, the second, and the third color beam are substantially coincident after emerging from the first optical surface.

Projection apparatus, light source module and beam combiner adapted to projection apparatus

A beam splitting module is disposed on a base plate of a light source system, and includes a supporting wall, a beam splitting lens, and a biasing member. The supporting wall has a first wall surface, and is disposed on the base plate such that the first wall surface extends perpendicularly from the base plate. The beam splitting lens has a first lens surface disposed adjacent to the first wall surface of the supporting wall, and a second lens surface opposite to the first lens surface. The biasing member is secured to the base plate, and is disposed adjacent to the second lens surface of the beam splitting lens for urging the beam splitting lens toward the supporting wall such that the first lens surface of the beam splitting lens abuts against the first wall surface of the supporting wall.

Beam splitting module and a light source system incorporating the same

A projection lens movement-adjusting apparatus comprises an adjusting module and a projection lens module. The adjusting module comprises a fixed support, an adjusting rod, a sliding seat and a fixing portion. The adjusting rod is pivoted to the fixed support. The sliding seat is mounted inside the fixed support and screwed to the adjusting rod. A fixing portion is disposed on one side of the sliding seat. The projection lens module is composed of projection lens and the linking unit fixed to one side of the projection lens, and a protruding board is on one side of the linking unit and is fixed firmly to the fixing unit and hence the projection lens module can be connected with the sliding seat.
