A establishing method of a reconfigurable intelligent surface radio frequency model includes calculating a first power ratio between a first receiving antenna and a first transmitting antenna according to a first wireless transmission equation; calculating a second power ratio between a second receiving antenna and a second transmitting antenna according to a second wireless transmission equation, wherein a reconfigurable intelligent surface is disposed between the second transmitting antenna and the second receiving antenna, and separated from the second transmitting antenna by a reference distance; calculating the first power ratio, the second power ratio and a path loss corresponding to the reference distance to obtain a relay gain of the reconfigurable intelligent surface; and establishing the reconfigurable intelligent surface radio frequency model based on a loss correction value and the relay gain.

A Reconfigurable ReflectArray (RRA) structure includes a P-Intrinsic-N (P-I-N) diode and a metal circuit. The metal circuit includes a first metal member and a second metal member. The first metal member is coupled to one end of the P-I-N diode. The second metal member is coupled to another end of the P-I-N diode. One of the first metal member and the second metal member includes a first radiating portion and a second radiating portion. The first radiating portion is located between the P-I-N diode and the second radiating portion. The first radiating portion has a first length. The second radiating portion has a second length. The first length is different from the second length.

Reconfigurable reflectarray structure and control circuit having reconfigurable reflectarray structure

A reconfigurable intelligent surface includes a radiant layer, a sensing feeding circuit layer, a processing layer and a controlling circuit layer. The radiant layer includes at least two antennas and a plurality of reflecting units. Each of the at least two antennas is configured for sensing a polarization, a frequency or a direction angle of an incident electromagnetic wave. The reflecting units are arranged to form a reflecting surface. The sensing feeding circuit layer is signally connected to the antennas. The processing layer is signally connected to the sensing feeding circuit layer, and the processing layer is configured to produce a controlling signal corresponding thereto. The controlling circuit layer is signally connected to the radiant layer and the processing layer, wherein the controlling circuit layer receives the controlling signal and controls the reflecting units according to the controlling signal to adjust and form a reflecting electromagnetic wave.

Reconfigurable intelligent surface and electromagnetic sensing system based on reconfigurable intelligent surface

Provided is an electromagnetic wave reflectarray, including a first substrate, a second substrate, first wires and second wires respectively arranged on the first substrate and the second substrate along a first direction and a second direction, antenna electrodes and tuning electrodes respectively arranged into first electrode strings and second electrode strings electrically connected to the first wires and the second wires on the first substrate and the second substrate along the first direction, and a liquid crystal layer disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate. The tuning electrodes completely cover the orthographic projections of the antenna electrodes on the second substrate.

Electromagnetic wave reflectarray

An electromagnetic wave transmission structure including a substrate, at least one transmission line, antennas, and tunable dielectric units is provided. The transmission line includes a first extending portion and second extending portions. The first extending portion is extended in a first direction. The second extending portions are respectively extended from two opposite edges of the first extending portion, and an extending direction thereof is parallel to a second direction. The second extending portions are arranged along the first direction. The antennas are disposed near the at least one transmission line. The tunable dielectric units are overlapped with portions of the at least one transmission line located between the antennas. Each tunable dielectric unit has an overlapped first electrode layer and controllable dielectric layer. The controllable dielectric layer is disposed between the first electrode layer and the at least one transmission line.

The transmission unit is disposed on the substrate. The transmission unit has a plurality of transmission lines. The transmission lines are connected successively. The antennas are disposed on the substrate, respectively.

A method of manufacturing an electromagnetic wave reflecting structure includes the steps of presetting an operating frequency, a reflected wave pointing angle, an incident wave pointing angle, and an incident distance of an electromagnetic wave; obtaining an electromagnetic wave reflecting structure phase distribution of an electromagnetic wave reflecting structure according to the operating frequency, the reflected wave pointing angle, the incident wave pointing angle, and the incident distance; and arranging a plurality of reflecting elements on a substrate according to the electromagnetic wave reflecting structure phase distribution and a reflecting element phase curve of any one of the reflecting elements at the operating frequency.

Electromagnetic wave reflecting structure and manufacturing method thereof

An electromagnetic wave transmission structure adapted to cause convergence of an electromagnetic wave includes a substrate and a transmission unit provided on the substrate and including an annular metal plate. The annular metal plate has a weighted average inner radius and a weighted average outer radius each related to the wavelength of the electromagnetic wave, the distance between the electromagnetic wave transmission structure and a focal point defined as the point of convergence of the electromagnetic wave, and the distance between the source of the electromagnetic wave and the focal point. The plural inner and outer radii of the annular metal plate have the same trend of variation. Each inner or outer radius corresponds to a weight related to the reference included angle formed between the inner or outer radius and a reference axis.

Electromagnetic wave transmission structure, electromagnetic wave transmission structure array, and electromagnetic wave transmission and shifting method

A method for deploying an electromagnetic wave guiding structure includes a communication dead zone analysis step and an improvement measure determination step. In the former step, a frequency band in use and an electromagnetic wave signal strength threshold value are preset, and a processing module creates an electromagnetic map for the electromagnetic wave intensity over an area in the frequency band in use based on an electronic map of the area, wherein the electromagnetic map shows a communication dead zone. In the latter step, the processing module obtains an existing electromagnetic wave path according to the electromagnetic map and infers from the existing electromagnetic wave path the installation position and type of at least one electromagnetic wave guiding structure assembly suitable for use to guide the electromagnetic wave to the communication dead zone and ensure that the coverage ratio of the electromagnetic wave in the area reaches a threshold value.

A battery-free electromagnetic leakage detector includes a substrate, an antenna, a filter circuit electrically connected with the antenna, a clamp circuit electrically connected with the filter circuit, and an indicating member electrically connected with the clamp circuit. Accordingly, the battery-free electromagnetic leakage detector is structurally simple and compact and can detect electromagnetic waves and display the detection without connection with any external power source.
