An absolute position readout apparatus includes an encoder device and a readout device. The readout device includes multiple first and second magnetic sensing components that correspond to an absolute track of the encoder device, and a third magnetic sensing component and a fourth magnetic sensing components that correspond to an incremental track of the encoder device. The third magnetic sensing component is configured to be spaced apart from the fourth magnetic sensing component by a specific distance, so as to prevent misreading of absolute position information from the first or second magnetic sensing components being at positions corresponding to boundaries between adjacent magnetized regions of the absolute track.

Absolute position readout apparatus

A multifunctional load test device includes a drive, a motor to be tested, a load motor and an inverter. The drive is electrically connected to civil power. The motor to be tested is electrically connected to the drive and powered by the drive and controllably drivable by the drive. The load motor is drivable by the motor to be tested to produce counter electromotive force. The inverter is electrically connected to the load motor to rectify the counter electromotive force into power identical to civil power.

Multifunctional load test device

A drive with heat dissipation and energy-saving function for supplying power to drive a motor. The drive includes a driving circuit having a rectification section. The rectification section serves to receive AC current generated when the motor abruptly accelerates/decelerates and convert the AC current into DC current and output the DC current. The drive further includes a cooling module electrically connected to an output end of the rectification section. The cooling module is drivable by the DC current output from the rectification section to conduct out and dissipate heat.

Linear motor

A device for controlling inductive load comprises at least: a power source, a first control assembly, a second control assembly and an inductive load. The first control assembly is connected in series to the power source, and comprises: a relay switch, a relay and a MOSFET, the relay switch is connected to a normal close contact and a normal open contact selectively. The normal open contact is electrically connected to the MOSFET, the normal close contact is connected to a drain terminal of the MOSFET, and a source terminal of the MOSFET is connected to the power source. The second control assembly is structurally similar to the first control assembly. The inductive load is disposed between the normal close contact of the relay switch and the normal close contact of the relay switch.

Device for controlling inductive load

A linear actuator includes a casing and a retractable member driven by a motor is movably received in the casing and a contact member is connected to the retractable member. A first position switch connected to the motor, a plurality of travel switches and a final position switch connected with a diode are connected to the actuator. These switches are connected in series by normal-close switches. Normal-open switches of the travel switches located between the first position switch and the final position switch are connected to a circuit of the control device. The motor is stopped when the final position switch touches the contact member of the retractable member, the motor is activated, when a current is applied to the diode again.

Multiple control device for linear actuator

A controlling device for a DC motor speed variation including a power supply circuit, a pair of relays and an interlock circuit for alleviating shock arising from the initiation and termination of a DC motor operation. The controlling device protects the DC motor from catastrophic failure through a sudden variation of the armature current. The controlling device interlocks the direction of the motor rotation while simultaneously providing over current protection for the DC motor.
