A data integration apparatus for use in a sensor network system is provided. The sensor network system includes a sensor network and an application server. The data integration apparatus receives text commands associated with access of the sensor network from the application server, and accomplishes the operations of the tabled data provided by the network node of the sensor network by using the text commands and the hardware configurations of the sensor network cooperatively.

Data integration apparatus for use in sensor network

A method and a system for indoor positioning are provided. In the present method, a default positioning weight is defined at first. Then, a plurality of neighboring ranging devices near a target device is obtained from all wireless ranging devices deployed in an indoor space, and a current positioning weight of each of the neighboring ranging devices is calculated. Next, the current positioning weight of each of the neighboring ranging devices is respectively compared with the default positioning weight, so as to obtain a plurality of reference ranging devices from the neighboring ranging devices. After calculating at least one candidate coordinate according to a deploy coordinate of each of the reference ranging devices, a positioned coordinate represents the current location of the target device is estimated according to the at least one candidate coordinate.

Method and system for indoor positioning

An apparatus for a beacon-enabled wireless network, a transmission time determination method, and a tangible machine-readable medium thereof are provided. The apparatus is located within the coverage area of the first equipment. The second equipment is located within the coverage area of the apparatus. The apparatus comprises a receive/transmission module and a decision module. The receive/transmission module is configured to receive the beacon of the first equipment. The decision module is configured to decide information of an upload time slot and a download time slot of the apparatus according to the beacon so that the receive/transmission module can perform data transmission with the first equipment by the upload time slot and perform data transmission with the second equipment by the download time slot. According to the aforementioned allocations, transmission collisions can be avoided and delay of transmission times is decreased.

Apparatus for a beacon-enabled wireless network, transmission time determination method, and tangible machine-readable medium thereof

A communication apparatus originally transmits data packets via a first channel based on a first beacon interval. A memory thereof records the first beacon interval. A receiving interface thereof receives information of a second channel. A processor thereof determines whether the second channel has been used according to the information. If not, a transmission interface thereof switches the communication channel to the second channel, and transmits data based on the first beacon interval via the second channel in order to solve the problem that packets are delay for transmission or even abandoned due to overload of the beacon network.
