A multilayer plate with composite material and a method thereof are described. The multilayer plate includes an aluminum-based thin sheet and a composite material layer. The aluminum-based thin sheet includes a first passivation layer, an aluminum-based metal layer, and a second passivation layer sequentially. The aluminum-based thin sheet includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The first and second surfaces are set with micro holes. A diameter of the micro holes in the second surface is ranging from 0.5 &#x3bc;m to 10 &#x3bc;m. The composite material layer includes a thermoplastic polymer and a fiber material. The composite material layer has a third surface and a fourth surface opposite each other. The second surface is adjacent to or connected to the third surface. At least one portion of the thermoplastic polymer fills into the micro holes in the second surface.

Multilayer plate with composite material and method for manufacturing the same

A light metal joint filler is provided. The light metal joint filler is formed by uniformly mixing a solvent with a light metal powder and a silver powder, where a powder particle size of the light metal powder is on a micron scale, and a powder particle size of the silver powder is on a nanometer scale or a submicron scale. A metal joining method of the present disclosure includes: coating a joint of two to-be-joined light metal pieces with the light metal joint filler; and hot pressing the two to-be-joined light metal pieces, so that the silver powder is sintered and bonded with the light metal powder and surfaces of the two to-be-joined light metal pieces, and completing joining of the two to-be-joined light metal pieces after the silver powder is condensed.

Light metal joining method and joint filler for same

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for advanced high-strength steel (AHSS) wheel, comprising the following steps. Take an AHSS with at least 590 MPa of tensile strength for rolling to circular ring of a rim. Apply low heat input welding, such as the cold metal transfer (CMT) welding or the gas tungsten arc welding/tungsten inert gas arc welding (GTAW/TIG), at the junction of the rim to form a hollow cylindrical rim. Then perform hole expanding and spinning/roll forming operations to the rim. Take another AHSS with at least 980 MPa of tensile strength for pressing and forming a disk. Apply low heat input welding, such as cold metal transfer (CMT) welding, to the rim and the disk to produce a wheel. According to the present invention, the welding quality of products can be improved significantly; the fatigue lifetime of wheels can be enhanced; and wheels are lightweight.

Manufacturing method for advanced high-strength steel wheel and jig device thereof

An open-end wrench and a method of manufacturing the same are provided, the structure of which includes a body and a cover. The body includes a head portion and a handle portion, and the head portion includes a jaw portion and an opening formed at an inner side of the jaw portion. The cover includes a first plate, a second plate, and a third plate connecting the first plate and the second plate. An external surface of the third plate is formed to a wrench opening. A mouth is defined by external edges of the first plate, the second plate, and the third plate, and the mouth is penetrated by the jaw portion, so the cover wraps the jaw portion and the head portion is imbedded to the cover by using adhesive means.

Open-end wrench and method of manufacturing the same

A microarray printing device includes an elongate holder with a plurality of receiving slots and a plurality of printing pins. Each of the printing pins extends through and is linearly movable in a respective one of the slots in the holder, and has head, tip, and shank portions. The shank portion has a surface formed with at least one longitudinal flute extending from the head portion to the tip portion.
