A shaped optical fiber light and the manufacturing method thereof are described. The shaped optical fiber light has a shaped protection tube, at least one optical fiber, and a light source. The shaped protection tube is shaped into a predetermined shape and the optical fibers are configured therein. The light source couples to one end or two ends of the optical fibers to form a shaped light tube. The light source is preferably a light source composed of at least one light emitting diode. The optical fiber is preferably an optical fiber with lateral light leakage so as to form a linear lighting pattern with the optical fiber and the shaped protection tube. In addition, the manufacturing method of the shaped optical fiber light is also disclosed.

Shaped optical fiber light and manufacturing method thereof

A light-guide fixing equipment is described, suitable for assembling a light source and a hank of optical fibers of an optical fiber illuminant device. The light-guide fixing equipment comprises an assembling device and a fixing device. The assembling device is constituted by inserting a first casing into a second casing, in which the assembling device includes two openings respectively located in a portion of two end surfaces of the assembling device, and a plurality of locked parts are set and protrude on inner walls of the first casing and the second casing according to the shape of the light source and the hank of the optical fibers. With the other portion of the end surfaces of the assembling device and the locked parts, the source and the hank of the optical fibers can be assembled and fixed within the assembling device. The fixing device is a hollow housing located on an outer wall of the assembling device, in which the fixing device can engage with the assembling device, so as to fix the assembling device.

Light-guide fixing equipment

The present invention discloses an optical fiber twig tree, which comprises a plurality of plastic optical fiber bundles and a stand structure; wherein the plastic optical fiber bundles are designed in a shape corresponding to the branches of the optical fiber twig tree and tied into a fixed position by a tie. The plastic optical fiber bundles are disposed at the bottom of the stand, and coupled with an illuminating structure. A hook at one end of a main branch of the stand is latched into a screw of a branch base, such that the whole stand with the plastic optical fiber bundles can swing up and down freely to adjust their position at an angle. Further, the main stand comprises a plurality of branch bases to constitute the optical fiber twig tree, and such product can be used as a decoration for festivals or Christmas.

A mailbox with lighting decorative structure, on an upper face or side face of the mailbox is installed with a lighting fixing structure of a different shape. The lighting fixing structure of different shape is installed with a specified number of lighting boards with different letter fonts or patterns. The lighting board is a combination of plastic optical fibers with letter fonts or patterns or different structures. The lighting fixing structure is connected with a circuit board, a solar energy board and a battery, producing lighting effects to the letter fonts or patterns on the mailbox at nighttime or on cloudy days.

The invention related to a structure of luminous pet lead, comprising luminous collar and luminous lead, separately with multiple plastic optical fiber on outer layer and hollow tubule on inner layer, twisted into a long cable; one lamp box respectively connected to the both ends of the cable, and LED luminous source set in the box, LED light can shine through the cross section of plastic optical fiber; additionally, a battery holder set on the lamp box at one end, and battery holder power connected onto the lamp box at the other end through hollow tubule of twisting cable using electrical conductor so that single battery holder can enable LED at both ends of the cable luminous at the same time in order to enhance luminous brightness of plastic optical fiber, and enable pet collar or lead has lighting indication and decoration functions during night use.
