A wavelength conversion device includes a base plate, at least one wavelength conversion material layer and a balance ring. The base plate has a geometric center, the wavelength conversion material layer is disposed on the base plate, and the balance ring is disposed on the base plate and rotates about a rotation shaft. The balance ring has a balancing part, and the balancing part includes at least one of the following structures: (1) a protrusion formed by a part of an outer periphery of the balance ring protruding in a direction away from the rotation shaft; (2) a recess formed by a part of the outer periphery of the balance ring caving in a direction towards the rotation shaft.

Wavelength conversion device

A wavelength conversion device, adapted for converting the wavelength of an incident illumination beam, includes a substrate and a wavelength conversion component. The wavelength conversion component is disposed on the substrate and includes a wavelength conversion layer and at least two wavelength conversion spoilers. The at least two wavelength conversion spoilers are disposed on the wavelength conversion layer, protrude from the wavelength conversion layer, and expose part of the wavelength conversion layer, and the height of each of the at least two wavelength conversion spoilers is less than half of the distance between the at least two wavelength conversion spoilers. The wavelength conversion device in the disclosure has good heat dissipation efficiency. A projector including the wavelength conversion device is further provided in the disclosure. Manufacturing methods of the wavelength conversion device are further provided in the disclosure.

Wavelength conversion device, manufacturing methods thereof and projector

The invention relates to a wavelength conversion device and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method includes: mixing a fluorescent material, a binding material, and a solvent to form a mixed solution. The volume percentage concentration of the fluorescent material is about 50% to 80%, the volume percentage concentration of the binding material is 10% to 40%, and the volume percentage concentration of the solvent is 10% to 30%. The mixed solution is coated on the substrate. A heat treatment is performed on the mixed solution at a first temperature to form a wavelength conversion layer. The first temperature is higher than the boiling point of the solvent, and the wavelength conversion layer has a porosity of 10% to 30%. The wavelength conversion device manufactured by the manufacturing method of the invention has better toughness, and may provide stable optical quality and improve image brightness.

Wavelength conversion device and manufacturing method thereof

A wavelength conversion element includes a substrate, a wavelength conversion layer and a heat dissipation member. The substrate has a supporting surface. The wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the supporting surface. The heat dissipation member is disposed on the supporting surface and is surrounded by the wavelength conversion layer. The heat dissipation member has a heat dissipation plate and a plurality of heat dissipation tooth portions. The heat dissipation plate is fixed on the supporting surface. The heat dissipation plate has an outer side surface. The outer side surface is perpendicular to the supporting surface. The heat dissipation tooth portions are respectively connected to the outer side surface. A projection device including the wavelength conversion element is also provided. The wavelength conversion element can improve wavelength conversion efficiency and reliability, and the projection device can improve image brightness and service life.

Wavelength conversion element and projection device

A wavelength conversion module including a wavelength conversion wheel, a driver, and a weight member is provided. The wavelength conversion wheel includes a rotating plate, and the rotating plate has a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The driver is connected to the first side of the rotating plate, and drives the rotating plate to rotate around a rotation shaft of the driver as an axis. The weight member is attached to the second side of the rotating plate and rotates synchronously with the rotating plate. The rotating plate comprises a heat insulation region and a heat dissipation region. The heat insulation region and the heat dissipation region do not overlap each other. The heat insulation region comprises a first heat insulation region located at the first side and a second heat insulation region located at the second side.

An illumination system, configured to provide an illumination beam, is provided. The illumination system includes a first excitation light source, a wavelength conversion element, and a controller. The first excitation light source is configured to provide a first excitation beam. The wavelength conversion element is located on a transmission path of the first excitation beam. The wavelength conversion element includes multiple wavelength conversion regions and multiple non-wavelength conversion regions. The controller controls whether the first excitation light source emits light. During a first time interval, the controller turns off the first excitation light source. During a second time interval, the controller controls the first excitation light source to emit light. The first excitation beam is transmitted to one of the wavelength conversion regions to form a converted beam. The illumination beam includes the converted beam. Another illumination system and multiple projection devices are also provided.

Illumination system and projection device

An illumination system including an excitation light source array, a multi-region dichroic device, a color sequence generator, and a wavelength converter is provided. The excitation light source array emits excitation light beams. The multi-region dichroic device has first dichroic regions and non-dichroic regions that are alternately arranged in stripe shapes. The first dichroic regions are respectively disposed on transmission paths of the excitation light beams. The excitation light beams from the excitation light source array are transmitted to the color sequence generator through the first dichroic regions of the multi-region dichroic device, and at least one second dichroic region of the color sequence generator respectively reflects the excitation light beams to the non-dichroic regions of the multi-region dichroic device. The excitation light beams from the color sequence generator are transmitted to the wavelength converter through the non-dichroic regions of the multi-region dichroic device. A projection apparatus is also provided.

Illumination system and projection apparatus

An optical processing turntable, a wavelength conversion module, and a projection apparatus are provided. The optical processing turntable includes a substrate and a driver assembly. The substrate has a fixing hole and a first side and a second side opposite to each other. The driver assembly passes through the fixing hole to be disposed on the substrate to drive the substrate to rotate. The driver assembly has two locking surfaces, where the two locking surfaces are respectively located on the first side and the second side of the substrate. In the projection apparatus using the optical processing turntable provided by the invention, noise generated by structural vibration may be effectively reduced, and a prolonged service life is provided.

Optical processing turntable, wavelength conversion module and projection apparatus

The invention provides a projection method and system. The method includes providing a first sensing group sensing a space and generating a first sensing result to determine whether a user is in an entering or exiting state relative to the space; providing a second sensing group sensing a first or second object in the space according to the first sensing result and generating a second sensing result; and generating a prompt information according to the second sensing result and displaying the prompt information. The system includes a first sensing group, a second sensing group, and a display device. The method and system of the invention sense the space according to the entering and exiting state of the user to effectively reduce the inspection steps of the user for the space, thereby effectively improving the safety of the space, and improving the operating convenience of the user of the space.

Projection system and method for sensing occupancy of a user and objects in a space

A wavelength conversion module includes a ceramic substrate, a wavelength conversion layer, and a plurality of colloidal bosses. The ceramic substrate has a first surface. The wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the first surface of the ceramic substrate. The colloidal bosses are separately from each other disposed on the ceramic substrate and at least located on the first surface. The colloidal bosses and the wavelength conversion layer are separated from each other, and a heat resistant temperature of the colloidal bosses is higher than 500 degrees. The above wavelength conversion module has favorable heat dissipation effect.

Wavelength conversion module and projector

An illumination system and a projection device having good uniformity are provided. The illumination system includes at least one light source, a depolarizing element, and a light homogenizing element. The at least one light source is configured to provide multiple beams. The depolarizing element is disposed on a transmission path of the beams. The depolarizing element includes a first optical element, which is wedge-shaped and has a first optical axis. A direction of any one of the beams incident onto the first optical element is parallel to the first optical axis. The beams respectively become multiple linearly polarized beams with different polarization directions after passing through the first optical element. The light homogenizing element is configured to allow the linearly polarized beams to pass through to form an illumination beam. The depolarizing element is located between the at least one light source and the light homogenizing element.

An illumination system, including a light source module, a phosphor wheel, a light recycling element, and a light uniformizing element, is provided. The light source module emits an excitation light beam. The phosphor wheel includes a phosphor region. At a second timing, the other part of the excitation light beam transmitted to the phosphor region forms an unconverted light beam and is transmitted to the light recycling element, and is reflected by the light recycling element to form a recycled light beam. A part of the recycled light beam is converted into a second converted light beam. A first converted light beam and the second converted light beam are transmitted to the light uniformizing element through a same path, so that the illumination system outputs second light in the illumination light beam. A projection apparatus is also provided.

An optical processing turntable and a projection device are provided. The optical processing turntable has a first mass center and a height. The optical processing turntable includes a substrate and a driving component. The substrate has a second mass center. The driving component is disposed on the substrate to drive the substrate to rotate. The driving component has a locking surface. A distance between the locking surface and one of the first mass center and the second mass center relatively far from the locking surface is less than or equal to &#x2154; of the height. The invention can effectively reduce the vibration and noise of the optical processing turntable during high-speed operation, and can increase the operating life of the optical processing turntable.

Optical processing turntable and projection device

The invention provides a wavelength conversion device and a projection device, where the wavelength conversion device includes a substrate, a wavelength conversion layer, and a light-transmitting layer. The wavelength conversion layer is disposed on the substrate and is made of a wavelength conversion material and a bonding material. The wavelength conversion layer has a refractive index of 1.55-1.70. The light-transmitting layer is disposed on the wavelength conversion layer and is made of the bonding material. The wavelength conversion device and the projection device provided by the invention have greater brightness and are less restricted by temperature during operation.

A rotation-type optical module includes a driving element, a turntable, an optical material, a balancing ring, and a first weight substance. The driving element includes a body and a rotating shaft body. The turntable is sleeved on the rotating shaft body and includes a first surface and a second surface. The optical material is disposed on the first surface of the turntable. The balancing ring is disposed between the driving element and the turntable and includes a third surface and a fourth surface, and the third surface and the second surface face each other. The balancing ring includes an outer retaining wall and at least one inner retaining wall which protrude from the fourth surface, and the first weight substance abuts between the outer retaining wall and the at least one inner retaining wall. A projection apparatus including the foregoing rotation-type optical module is further provided.
