An impeller includes a hub, a plurality of blades provided around an outer periphery of the hub, and at least two connecting rings connected to the plurality of blades. Each of the plurality of blades has a top edge and a bottom edge opposite to the top edge. An outer-rotor motor and a stator assembly of the motor solve the problems which exist in a conventional outer-rotor motor during the insertion of the bearings into the shaft tubes. The stator assembly of the outer-rotor motor includes a lower bearing seat, an iron core and an upper bearing seat. The lower bearing seat has a shaft tube. The iron core has an engagement channel and is coupled with the lower bearing seat. The upper bearing seat has a fixing portion, and the upper bearing seat abuts against the iron core. The shaft tube extends into the engagement channel at a first end of the engagement channel, and the fixing portion extends into the engagement channel at a second end of the engagement channel. Thus, the iron core is coupled with each of the lower and upper bearing seats.

Outer-rotor motor and stator assembly thereof

An inner-rotor type motor includes an iron core having a magnetic yoke portion and a plurality of magnetic pole portions. The magnetic yoke portion includes an assembly hole through which a shaft extends. A plurality of magnetic pole portions is arranged around the magnetic yoke portion. The iron core includes a plurality of receiving grooves. Each receiving groove is formed between two adjacent magnetic pole portions. The permanent magnets are received in the receiving grooves. At least one abutting member is coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft and includes a radial extension portion having a guiding surface. The guiding surface abuts against at least one of permanent magnets. The iron core, the permanent magnets, and the at least one abutting member of the rotor are received in a compartment of the stator. The shaft of the rotor is rotatably coupled to the stator.

Inner-rotor type motor and rotor thereof

An inner-rotor motor and a rotor of the inner-rotor motor reduce noise or vibration generated during the rotation of the motor. The rotor includes a shaft, an iron core, a plurality of permanent magnets and a limiting member. The iron core includes a magnetic yoke portion coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft, as well as a plurality of magnetic pole portions circumferentially coupled with an outer periphery of the magnetic yoke portion. The iron core forms a plurality of receiving portions, and each receiving portion is formed between two adjacent magnetic pole portions. The permanent magnets are received in the receiving portions, respectively. The limiting member is arranged at one side of the iron core, and includes a covering face covering the permanent magnets in the axle direction of the shaft.

Inner-rotor motor and rotor thereof

An inner-rotor motor for preventing the formation of an electrical conducting path between an iron core and a housing of the motor includes a stator and a rotor. The stator includes the housing, an insulating layer and the iron core. The insulating layer is arranged between the housing and the iron core and prevents the electrical conducting path from forming between the housing and the iron core. The rotor includes a shaft rotatably coupled with the housing, and a permanent magnet unit is arranged around the shaft.

Inner-rotor motor

A heat dissipating fan includes a housing having a base and a sidewall coupled to the base. The sidewall defines a compartment. The housing further includes an air inlet, an air outlet, and a dust channel. The air inlet, the air outlet, and the dust channel are in communication with the compartment. A stator is coupled to the base of the housing. An impeller is rotatably coupled to the stator. A control element includes a driving circuit electrically connected to the stator and a rotating direction control circuit electrically connected to the driving circuit. In another embodiment, the heat dissipating fan includes a housing having a base and a lateral wall coupled to the base. The lateral wall defines a compartment. The lateral wall includes an air inlet and an air outlet both in communication with the compartment. The air inlet also acts as a dust channel.

A heat dissipating fan includes a housing having a base and a sidewall coupled to the base. The sidewall defines a compartment. The housing includes an air inlet, an air outlet and a dust channel. The air outlet includes opposite first and second end edges located at a same straight side of the housing. The housing defines a first plane. The impeller includes a hub and several blades. The impeller defines a second plane. The compartment of the housing includes an air outlet section and a pressure accumulating section. The air outlet section is located between the first and second planes. The air outlet is located in the air outlet section. The dust channel extends in an angle with respect to the second plane. An impeller is coupled to the stator that is coupled to the base. A control element includes a driving circuit and a rotating direction control circuit.

The present invention relates to a pole piece structure of stator with radial winding, which employs an optimum ratio &#x3b1; to define the form of the pole piece, increase the overlap region of inductance and torque and lower the cogging torque of a motor, so as to strengthen the self-starting capability of the motor and minimize torque ripple to enhance the overall performance of the motor. The pole piece structure includes a hub having a hole at the center, and a plurality of poles integrally formed on the periphery of the hub, extended to radiate in a radial direction, and having a pole shoe expanded from an end of each pole in a tangential direction, wherein the angle of a single pole shoe is divided by a pitch angle of two adjacent poles to obtain a ratio in a range of 0.86&#x2dc;0.95.
