A liquid state non-solvent silicone resin obtained from a polycondensation reaction of material (A) dimethyl poly siloxane, material (B) vinyl methyl cyclo siloxane and material (C) diphenyl dihydroxy silane, the reaction being performed at a temperature within about 140&tilde;180&deg; C. under the presence of an anionic polymerization catalyzer.

Method of preparing liquid state non-solvent silicone resin and resin formed thereby

A manufacturing method of water-covering type transparent keyboard comprises the steps of preparing the main body of silicone rubber keyboard, surface printing and coating, polyurethane layer coating, polyvinylalcohol thin film dipping, water rinsing, laser engraving text and graph forming, and polyurethane protective layer coating to form a water-covering keyboard. The water-covering type transparent keyboard according to the present invention can realize the effect of softness and good coherence.

Manufacturing method of water-cover type transparent keyboard

A key switch fabrication method including the steps of: i) molding a rubber pad from silicone resin, and making a rubber key stitch body from the rubber pad by stamping; ii) printing the desired letter or pattern on the top side (10) of the rubber key switch body (1) thus obtained, then drying the printed key switch body 1 by baking; iii) adhering a liquid silicone rubber on the key switch body over the printing thereof by spot glueing to form a transparent key cap; vi) heating the key switch thus obtained from step iii) in a baking oven at 60.degree. C. for 5 minutes and then heating it at 120.degree. C. for 10 minutes to harden the key cap; and v) examining the quality of the finished key pad.

Method of fabricating key switches and the product thereof

This invention relates to a method for coating a polyurethane on to a silicon rubber key board. The so constructed key board has excellent wearing-resistance. The user may enjoy an excellent feeling of contact. A silane primer is applied and cured before application of the polyurethane.
