The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a semiconductor disposed on the substrate, and a conductive layer disposed on the semiconductor. The conductive layer has a first electrode and a second electrode, in which the first electrode is electrically connected to the semiconductor, and the second electrode surrounds the first electrode in a top view direction of the electronic device.

Electronic device

The disclosure provides an electronic device including a driver circuit and a driving method thereof. The driver circuit includes an electronic unit, a driver unit, and a detection and protection circuit. The driver unit is electrically connected to the electronic unit. The detection and protection circuit is electrically connected to the electronic unit through a first node, and is electrically connected to a gate terminal of the driver unit through a second node. When a voltage of the first node is pulled down, the detection and protection circuit controls the driver unit to be turned off. The detection and protection circuit of the driver circuit of the disclosure protects the electronic unit from excessive current.

Electronic device including driver circuit and driving method thereof

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a common electrode, and a plurality of pixels. The common electrode is disposed on the substrate. The pixels are disposed on the substrate, and at least one of the pixels includes a thin film transistor, a first electrode, a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode. The first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor. The auxiliary electrode is partially overlapped with the first electrode in a top view direction of the electronic device. The auxiliary electrode is electrically connected to the common electrode and electrically isolated from the first electrode, and the first electrode and the auxiliary electrode have a minimum distance less than a minimum distance between the first electrode and the common electrode.

The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a substrate, a common electrode, and a plurality of pixels. The common electrode is disposed on the substrate. The pixels are disposed on the substrate, and at least one of the pixels includes a thin film transistor, a first electrode, a second electrode, and an auxiliary electrode. A light-emitting circuit is provided herein, which includes a light-emitting unit, a driving transistor, and a bypass transistor. The driving transistor is configured to drive the light-emitting unit. The bypass circuit diverts the current flowing from the driving transistor to the light-emitting unit for reducing the possibility of the light-emitting unit illuminating in the dark state.

An organic electroluminescence display panel includes a substrate, an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the substrate, a first conductive pattern with a plurality of first meshes disposed on the substrate, a second conductive pattern with a plurality of second meshes disposed on the substrate and separated from the first conductive pattern, and a sealant dispensing area overlapped with the first conductive pattern and the second conductive pattern. A distance between two adjacent meshes of the first meshes is different from a distance between two adjacent meshes of the second meshes.

An organic light emitting diode display device is provided, which comprises: a first substrate having a first surface with a first side; and a glass-forming sealant disposed thereon, adjacent to the first side and having a top surface, a bottom surface opposite to the top surface, and a middle surface therebetween. An organic electroluminescence display panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate assembled to the first substrate, an organic light-emitting layer positioned between the first and second substrates, a sealant positioned between the first and second substrates, a varying pattern zone, and supplemental pattern zone. The second substrate comprises a sealant dispensing area, a metal region, and a non-metal region adjacent to the metal region. The metal region includes plural traces. The sealant is formed in the sealant dispensing area of the second substrate. The varying pattern zone is formed at one of the traces of the metal region, and is corresponding to the sealant dispensing area. The varying pattern zone comprises plural conductive portions. The supplemental pattern zone comprising plural supplemental conductive portions is formed at the non-metal region. A width of the conductive portions is larger than a width of the supplemental conductive portions.
