An electric bed includes a bed board unit, and an adjusting device mounted on a bottom of the bed board unit. The bed board unit includes a head board, a back board, a waist board, a hip board, a leg board and a foot board. The adjusting device includes a driving unit, a support unit, at least one track unit and at least one hinge unit. Thus, the waist board is pushed by the electric cylinder when the back board lies or is lifted, so that the waist board is operated independently and is lifted or lowered freely.

A bottom bed combination includes a first bed bottom, a second bed bottom, two fastening units and a plurality of stands. The first bed bottom includes a first bed frame, a first bed board, a plurality of first bases a first linkage and a first electric cylinder. The second bed bottom includes a second bed frame, a second bed board, a plurality of second bases, a second linkage and a second electric cylinder. Each of the fastening units includes a mount mounted on the first bed frame and the second bed frame, and a pin extending through the mount, the first bed frame and the second bed frame. The stands are respectively secured on the first bases, the second bases and the fastening units.

An air supply apparatus is between an air mattress and a foundation including transverse openings. The air supply apparatus elevates the air mattress and includes a transverse air bladder; a connection assembly including a first line having one end connected to an outlet of an air compressor and communicating therewith, a female connector at the other end of the first line, a check valve in the female connector and communicating with the first line, a second line having the other end coupled to the air bladder by passing through the transverse openings so as to communicate with the air bladder, and a male connector at one end of the second line and including a port wherein the female connector is inserted into the male connector to connect the check valve and the port together; and straps on a top of the foundation for fastening the air bladder thereon.

A detachable bed base contains: a first connection assembly, a second connection assembly, multiple support rods, two frames, and multiple screw elements. The first connection assembly includes multiple first hollow tubes, and the second connection assembly includes multiple second hollow tubes. Each of multiple first C-shaped slats has two first through holes for accommodating each of multiple fixing bolts, and each of multiple second C-shaped slats has two second through holes for accommodating said each fixing bolt, wherein said each fixing bolt houses each of multiple pins. Two frames hold the first connection assembly and the second connection assembly, and each frame includes a first extension and two second extensions. The first extension has two hooks, and each of the two second extension has a coupling holder, a fitting trench, and a positioning member. Furthermore, multiple supporters lock the first column, the second column, and the coupling holder together.
