A method for making the electromagnetic shielding layer is provided. An electronic element has a surface is provided. At least one carbon nanotube film is fabricated. A carbon nanotube film structure is formed on the surface of the electronic element. A conductive layer is formed on the carbon nanotube film structure to obtain the electromagnetic shielding layer on the surface of the electronic element.

Method for making an electromagnetic shielding layer

An electromagnetic shielding layer comprising at least one conductive layer and a carbon nanotube film structure, the conductive layer being disposed on the carbon nanotube film structure, and comes in contact with the carbon nanotube film structure electrically. A method for making the electromagnetic shielding layer includes the steps of: (a) providing an electronic element, the electronic element having a surface; (b) fabricating at least one carbon nanotube film; (c) forming a carbon nanotube film structure on the surface of the electronic element; and (d) forming a conductive layer on the carbon nanotube film structure, then obtaining an electromagnetic shielding layer on the surface of the electronic element.

Method for manufacturing carbon nanotubes with desired length

A mixing system and method for manufacturing a thermal interface material are disclosed. The mixing system mainly includes a mixing chamber having a bottom portion, a first inlet, a second inlet, a spray nozzle, and an outlet. The first inlet is defined in the bottom portion and is configured for inflating a gas into the mixing chamber to form a gas vortex. The second inlet is defined in the mixing chamber and is configured for supplying a plurality of powdery thermally conductive particles to the gas vortex. The spray nozzle is disposed essentially facing the first inlet and is configured for spraying a liquid curable matrix material towards the gas vortex to admix the matrix material and the particles. The outlet is disposed adjacent the gas vortex and is configured for discharging the admixed matrix and particles from the mixing chamber.

The apparatus includes: a reaction chamber having an inlet and a outlet; a heater for elevating an interior temperature of the reaction chamber; and a gas guiding member coupled to the inlet and configured for introducing a carbon-containing gas into the reaction chamber, the gas guiding member including a gas-exiting portion arranged in the reaction chamber, the gas-exiting portion having a cavity defined therein and a flat perforated top wall, the perforated top wall being configured for supporting a substrate thereon and defining a route allowing the introduced carbon-containing gas to flow in a direction substantially perpendicular to a main plane of the substrate.

The present invention relates generally to a UV curable paint composition, a method for using the same and a coating composition made from the same. According to one embodiment, the paint composition includes a silicone modified aliphatic acrylated oligomer having fluorine substituted side chains in an amount by weight from 5% to 25%, an alkyl acrylate monomer in an amount by weight from 5% to 25%; a photoinitiator in an amount by weight from 0.1% to 5%; a plurality of pigment particles in an amount by weight from 0.1% to 5%; a nano-silver solution in a amount by weight from 0.1% to 5%; with remainder being solvent.

UV curable paint composition, method for using the same and related coating structure

The present invention provides a paint composition including a primer and a finish paint. The primer includes a resin matrix, and a hydroxylated carbon nano-material admixed into the resin matrix. The hydroxylated carbon nano-material has a relatively high proportion of hydroxyl groups. The finish paint includes colloidal silica having a relatively high proportion of hydroxyl groups. The hydroxyl groups of the colloidal silica are capable of a dehydration reaction with the hydroxyl groups of the carbon nano-material at an interface between the primer and the finish paint. The present invention also relates to a coating structure including a priming coating and finish coating, and to a method for coating a substrate using the paint composition. The coating structure using the paint composition has good transparency and high mechanical strength.
