A tool-life prediction method, applicable to a machine tool having a machining end, includes steps of capturing a plurality of measurement data from a tool of the machining end, transforming each of the plurality of measurement data into a corresponding complex process capability index (Cpk), utilizing an artificial neural network being trained to generate a tool-life prediction scale with respect to the Cpk, and then based on the tool-life prediction scale to determine a remaining tool life of the tool. In addition, a tool life prediction system is also provided.

Tool-life prediction system and method thereof

A machining parameter adjustment system is established in a controller. The controller is connected to a machine. The controller is configured to receive a machining program and analyze at least one process included in the machining program. Also, the controller sets a tuning program corresponding to the process and inserts the tuning program before or after the code of the process, so as to generate an integration program and upload the integration program to the machine.

A memory device including a plurality of pins and a plurality of memory dies is provided. Each of the memory dies is coupled to the pins, and each of the memory dies includes a matching circuit and a core circuit. During a course of power-on, according to voltage levels of data pins or control pins, the matching circuit may be selected automatically an enabled one of memory dies. When the core enabling signal is enabled, the core circuit starts operating, and when the core enabling signal is disabled, the core circuit stops operating. When the core circuit of one of the memory dies is operating, the core circuits of the rest of the memory dies stop operating.

Memory device

A flash memory apparatus with serial interface is disclosed. The flash memory apparatus includes a command receiver, a command decoder and a core circuit. The command receiver sequentially receives a plurality of command data through the data input pin and the clock pin. The command decoder receives a command sequence formed by the command data, and compares the command sequence with a reference sequence to generate a reset signal. The core circuit receives the reset signal to activate a reset operation according to the reset signal.

Flash memory apparatus with serial interface and reset method thereof

A flash memory apparatus with serial interface is disclosed. The flash memory apparatus includes a selector, a core circuit and a programmable data bank. The selector decides whether or not to connect one of a write protect pin and a hold pin to a reset signal line. The core circuit receives a reset signal transmitted by the reset signal line and activates a reset operation accordingly. A selecting data is written into the programmable data bank through a programming method and the programmable data bank outputs the selecting data to serve as a selecting signal.
