A textile machine adjustment method is provided. An operating speed of a textile machine within an operating range is set by a processor according to the basic information of the fabric. A motion image of the fabric and the vibration characteristics of the yarns are recorded by a video camera. The operating speed of the textile machine is adjusted at least once, and the vibration characteristics of the yarns is analyzed after each adjustment of the operating speed. Multiple correlation factor functions and the relative weights of the multiple factors related to the operating speed of the textile machine are recorded. The relative weights of the multiple factors are adjusted according to a yield quality of the fabric. When an expected value is met, the fabric continues to be produced at the current operating speed; otherwise, the relative weights of multiple factors are adjusted to correct the operating speed.

A streetlamp fault detection apparatus and a streetlamp fault detection method thereof are provided. The streetlamp fault detection apparatus is coupled to a streetlamp loop, and stores an impedance condition table defining a reference impedance range and a non-reference impedance range. The streetlamp fault detection apparatus measures a total impedance value of the streetlamp loop in a measurement period, determines that the streetlamp loop is in a normal operating state if the total impedance value stably falls within the reference impedance range in the measurement period, and determines that the streetlamp loop is in a fault state if the total impedance value falls into the non-reference impedance range in the measurement period.

A data processing apparatus and a data processing method thereof are provided. The data processing apparatus includes a register and a processor electrically connected to the register. The processor compresses the first sub-data by a first compression algorithm according to a first characteristic of the plurality of first sub-data and compresses the second sub-data by a second compression algorithm according to a second characteristic of the plurality of second sub-data.

A workload dispatch device and a workload dispatch method thereof are provided. The workload dispatch device comprises a monitor, a processor and a dispatcher. The monitor is configured to monitor operating conditions of a plurality of servers. The processor is electrically connected to the monitor and configured to execute the following operations: creating an average performance index table for a plurality of algorithms according to the operating conditions of the servers; normalizing the average performance index table; calculating a benchmark for each of the algorithms according to the normalized performance index table and a corresponding weighting table; and choosing a candidate algorithm from the algorithms according to the benchmarks. The dispatcher is electrically connected to the processor and configured to dispatch a workload to the plurality of servers according to the candidate algorithm.

Workload dispatch device and workload dispatch method thereof

A method and a system for recognizing power consumption behaviors of electric appliances in a loop are provided. When a variation value of a power consumption information of the loop exceeds a threshold, a current value of the power consumption information is served as a main loop factor value of the loop, and a similar combinative factor value close to the main loop factor value is looked up in a behavior-factor mapping table. If the similar combinative factor value is not found, the main loop factor value corresponding to a new power consumption behavior is obtained according to the variation value of the power consumption information to reconstruct the behavior-factor mapping table. After obtaining the similar combinative factor value from the behavior-factor mapping table, a current electric appliance power consumption behavior of the loop is determined according to a power consumption behavior combination corresponding to the similar combinative factor value.

Method and system for recognizing power consumption behaviors of electric appliances in a loop

A method and a system for recognizing the statuses of electric appliances are provided. In the present method, a loop is taking as a unit for recognition, and a power consumption factor sensor which is capable of measuring a single power consumption factor is used such that the current status of each electric appliance in the loop can be recognized by comparing the probability distribution of the power consumption factor. Since it is not needed to dispose an extra measuring device on each electric appliance, the cost of recognizing the statuses of the electric appliances is significantly reduced.
