A power switching structure includes an input shaft, a detection shaft sleeve fit over the input shaft, an assisting power assembly, and an output assembly selectively drivable by the input shaft and the assisting power assembly. The output assembly includes first and transmission sleeves rotatably mounted to the input shaft. The assisting power assembly includes a power member rotatably mounted to the second transmission sleeve. A one-way bearing is arranged between the first and second transmission sleeves and the power member. An output member is mounted on the second transmission sleeve. A micro-motion static frictional force is induced between the first and second transmission sleeves and the input shaft to allow the detection shaft sleeve to directly and accurately measure a torque value of the input shaft. The one-way bearing arranged between the first and second transmission sleeves and the power member allows for selection among sources of power.

Power switching structure

A wiring frame, a motor stator, and a motor applying them are disclosed. The wiring frame is formed of an annular tray structure. A top surface of the wiring frame is formed, from inside to outside, with at least three guide channels that correspond, in number, to phases and are separated from each other. Further, the wiring frame includes a plurality of through holes, which communicate inside and outside, respectively formed in bottoms of the guide channels. As such, at least three conductive wires are allowed to extend through the through holes in the bottom of the wiring frame directly into the corresponding ones of the guide channels for winding, so as to ensure that the conductive wires of different phases are separated from each other to eliminate erroneous contact therebetween and thus enhance operation safety. The outside diameter and height of the wiring frame are reduced.

Wiring frame, motor stator, and motor applying them

A mechanism includes a housing, a transmission axle arranged at a center of the housing, an internally toothed ring track fixed to an inner circumference of the housing, and a coaxial gear set arranged between the transmission axle and the internally toothed ring track. The coaxial gear set includes a sun gear, a planetary gear set, and an output member. The planetary gear set includes a first carrier frame and a second carrier frame rotatably arranged at two ends of the sun gear. Multiple planetary gears are rotatably arranged between the first and second carrier frames and around the sun gear. Each of the planetary gears is in meshing engagement with the output member. The coaxial gear set is made in a modularized form for subsequent assembly in an optional manner, so as to provide an efficacy of easing assembling and servicing operations.

Modularized coaxial gear set reduction mechanism

A clutch structure that includes a motor to directly drive a rotary disc of an actuation unit, and the actuation unit further directly act on a push unit, so as to achieve reduction of size. Further, the push unit has a spring holder that drives a push bracket to press against a clutching unit, and the push bracket and the clutching unit are rotatably in synchronization with each other and a group of balls is arranged between the push bracket and the spring holder, such that smooth rotation can be maintained even during the process of pressing to thereby effectively reduce pause and setback incurring in coupling and connection and also to efficiently establish a transmission clutching force to have the operability not affected by the delay.

Clutch structure

A structure includes a transmission axle rotatably mounted at a center of a housing. The transmission axle includes a sun gear mounted thereon. An internally-toothed ring track is fixed to an inner circumference of the housing. A planetary gear set is arranged between the sun gear and the internally-toothed ring track. The planetary gear set includes a plurality of stepped planetary gears arranged around the sun gear for self-spinning and orbiting around the sun gear. Each stepped planetary gear includes a first toothed portion meshing with both the sun gear and the internally-toothed ring track and a second toothed portion rotatable in unison with the first toothed portion. An output member is fit over the planetary gear set and includes an inner circumference formed with an internal toothed circumference meshing with the second toothed portion of each stepped planetary gear.

Short-axle-distance large-speed-ratio gear set structure

A coupling structure includes a shaft, a tube, and a connection assembly. An end of the shaft is formed with a plurality of axial insertion troughs extended in an axial direction and arranged in an alternate manner. The tube includes a penetration-axle hole formed in a center thereof and corresponding to the penetration-axle section of the shaft. A plurality of radial insertion troughs, in the form of a recessed surface, are formed in an inner circumferential surface of the penetration-axle hole of the tube. The connection assembly includes a coupling block that has an outer circumference formed with a plurality of radial insertion blocks corresponding to the radial insertion troughs of the tube and a plurality of axial insertion blocks corresponding to the axial insertion troughs of the shaft, so that a fastening member may be used to selectively fasten the coupling block between the shaft and the tube.

Coupling structure and modularized coaxial gear train reduction mechanism using same

A speed-change mechanism includes an output shaft on which a transmission module and a speed step-up module are mounted. The transmission module includes a driving roller that drives the output shaft in a single direction. The speed step-up module includes a connecting gear and a speed step-up gear that are rotatably and fixedly mounted to the output shaft, respectively, and a planet speed-change wheel assembly arranged therebetween. The speed step-up module includes an arrestor assembly. At a low speed, the planet speed-change wheel assembly is idling as being set in an orbiting motion and input power is suppled through the driving roller driving the output shaft in the single direction; and at a high speed, the arrestor assembly stops the orbiting motion of the planet speed-change wheel assembly to allow the speed-change gear of the planet speed-change wheel assembly to switch to a spinning motion to step up the speed.

Planetary speed-change mechanism

A speed changer includes a transmitting mechanism and at least one speed-increasing mechanism. The transmitting mechanism includes a primary sun gear mounted by a one-way bearing a fixed shaft. The primary sun gear is in mesh engagement with primary planetary gears rotatably mounted to an output frame and in mesh engagement with an inner circumference of a toothed ring. The speed-increasing mechanism is rotatably mounted by a tubular shaft to the fixed shaft. The tubular shaft is provided with a sun gear having a diameter smaller than the primary sun gear. Planetary gears in mesh engagement with the sun gear are rotatably mounted on the output frame and are combined with and synchronously rotatable with the primary planetary gears. The tubular shaft of the speed-increasing mechanism is provided with an arresting assembly to selectively stop rotation of the tubular shaft.
