A virtual reality providing device and an audio processing method are provided. The virtual reality providing device includes a casing, a first microphone, a controller, an audio controller, an image player, and an audio player. The first microphone is disposed at one side of the case to receive a first audio signal of a user. The audio controller is electrically connected to the first microphone and the controller. The controller obtains a first sound collection distance and a first sound collection angle based on a virtual sound collection position. The virtual sound collection position is different from a position of the first microphone. The controller adjusts the first audio signal based on the first sound collection distance and the first sound collection angle to generate an adjusted first audio signal, and the audio player plays the adjusted first audio signal.

Virtual reality providing device and audio processing method

An audio adjusting method and an audio adjusting device are provided. The audio adjusting method includes the steps of: receiving a plurality of directional audio signals; calculating a displacement amount through a positioning module; calculating a plurality of gain values corresponding to the displacement amount through a processing module; adjusting volume levels of the plurality of directional audio signals according to the plurality of gain values; converting the plurality of directional audio signals into a two- or multi-channel audio signal according to the quantity of two or more channels of a head-mounted playback device; and playing the two-channel or multi-channel audio signal through the head-mounted playback device.

Audio adjusting method and audio adjusting device

An auto-execution signal processing method and an apparatus performing the method are provided. That method is particularly applied to the apparatus supporting recognition of a human interface device standard. The apparatus preferably has an activation element such as a button, and it is to execute an automatic execution process by a key-activation manually or automatically as in connection with a computer system. Therefore, a predetermined purpose is met. According to a preferred embodiment, the apparatus having the auto-execution function is firstly initialized. Next, the activation element thereon is used to launch the automatic execution process. The process includes a step of driving a Finite State Machine to transfer an executable string of code to a computer system via a connection interface. After that, the executable string is compiled by an operating system in order to launch an application, such as entering a proprietary webpage.

Auto-execution signal processing method and apparatus performing the method

The present invention discloses a voltage detection type overcurrent protection device, which applies to the output stage of a CMOS Class-D audio amplifier. Generally, a Class-D audio amplifier is used to drive a high-load loudspeaker; therefore, it needs a high-current driver. When there is a short circuit in the load, the high current will burn out the driver stage. The present invention detects the output voltage to indirectly monitor whether the output current is too large. Once an overcurrent is detected, the output-stage transistor is turned off to stop high current lest the circuit be burned out.

Voltage detection type overcurrent protection device for class-D amplifier

A new protocol of a standard game port for interfacing an external HSP modem, and game port devices is disclosed. The invention provides an external HSP modem housed in a compact case which includes a connector for mounting on a PC game port and a connector for coupling to a joystick and a MIDI interface. Inside the case, a bridge module is coupled to a modem module to forward the modem data input in response to a plurality of serial port clocks. The modem data input is then forwarded to an encode/decode module via multiple redefined read-only ports. The encode/decode module is on a sound chip for restoring the modem data input to their original formats. The restored data will be forwarded to a system bus for CPU to access via an HSP modem interface. The signal transmissions for the joystick and the MIDI I/O device are basically the same because the bandwidth of the game port is still enough if the modem, the joystick, and the MIDI I/O device are operated simultaneously. Consequently, the invention allows a computer system to simultaneously communicate with an HSP modem, and game port devices without burdening down the system performance.

Method and apparatus adaptable to a standard game port of a personal computer for interfacing an external HSP modem, a joystick and a MIDI interface

The present invention provides various digital signal processes that the Virtual Device Driver (Vxd) mates with the processing ability of CPU without replacing by other hardware device (such as the sound card).
