The present invention provides a display panel, including a backplane having flexibility, a first fixing member, a front frame having flexibility, and a display module provided between the backplane and the front frame. The backplane has a base plate with a first side. The first fixing member extends corresponding to the first side and has a first predetermined curvature. The first fixing member at least has a first wall body standing upright relative to the base plate, and the first fixing member is relatively fixed to the backplane, so that the curvature of the backplane can be adjusted corresponding to the first fixing member. The front frame is provided in a manner that extends correspondingly to the periphery of the backplane, and is relatively fixed to the backplane, so that the curvature of the front frame is relatively adapted to that of the backplane.

Display panel

An electronic device includes a display module, a protection cover, a first light shielding layer, a light guide plate, a light source, a touch sensitive film, a first optical adhesive, a light shielding element, and a second light shielding layer. The first light shielding layer connects a bottom surface of the protection cover, and is configured to define a non-visible area of the electronic device. The light guide plate is located on the display module and overlaps the non-visible area. The light shielding element is located on the display module and overlaps the non-visible area. The second light shielding layer is located on the touch sensitive film and overlaps the light shielding element. The second light shielding layer is configured to absorb light transmitted in the touch sensitive film and the first optical adhesive in the non-visible area.

Electronic device and manufacturing method with a particular light shielding structure in an icon region

An electronic device includes a display module, a protection cover, a light shielding layer on a bottom surface of the protection cover, a light source on the display module, a light guide plate on the display module and adjacent to the light source, a touch sensitive film above the light guide plate and having a first opening, a first optical adhesive between the touch sensitive film and the protection cover and having a second opening overlapping and communicated with the first opening, and a light shielding element having a portion overlapping the first and second openings. The light shielding element is located on the display module, extends to said portion of the light shielding layer, and is configured to block light passing through the light guide plate, the touch sensitive film, and the first optical adhesive in a non-visible area.

Electronic device

A display device includes a display module, an outer frame, an active engaging unit, and a passive engaging unit. The display module has at least one side surface. The outer frame surrounds the display module and has last least one inner surface facing the side surface, wherein a gap is formed between the inner surface and the side surface. The active engaging unit extends from the display module into the gap and further extends along the gap. The passive engaging unit is disposed on the inner surface and protrudes toward the side surface. The active engaging unit engages with the passive engaging unit to restrict the relative movement between the display device and the outer frame.
