The polyurethane polymers may additionally comprise end group(s) according to the formula -L'M wherein L&#x2032; represents a hydrocarbon group that may contain one or more catenary or non-catenary hetero-atoms. In some embodiments, M is according to Formula III: wherein Q is hydrogen or methyl, p is an integer between 2 and 12 inclusive, and Z is a hydrocarbon group which may optionally be substituted.

A coalescing element for aggregating droplets of an emulsion. The coalescing element includes a nonwoven web substrate. A coalescer that includes the coalescing element can also include a housing and a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet each in fluid communication with the coalescing element.
