Disclosed is a sound vibration sensor using a piezoelectric element having a cantilever structure. The sound vibration sensor includes a housing forming an exterior, a piezoelectric element having a cantilever structure installed in the housing, a support structure supporting a fixed end of the piezoelectric element, a weight attached to a free end of the piezoelectric element, and an energizing part configured to transmit an output from the piezoelectric element, wherein the sound vibration sensor comes into contact with a speaker's body, receives vibration of the body generated when the speaker utters a sound through the housing, and amplifies the vibration by the free end of the piezoelectric element to detect the voice vibration of the speaker using a piezoelectric characteristic of the piezoelectric element.

A hybrid actuator is provided in which a piezoelectric element and an actuator are incorporated with each other. The hybrid actuator includes: a housing; a stator secured to the housing and having a coil; a vibrator having a permanent magnet configured to vibrate due to a mutual electromagnetic force with the stator; an elastic member configured to elastically support the vibrator relative to the housing; a piezoelectric element attached to one surface of the housing; and an F-PCB (flexible printed circuit board) applying an electric current to the piezoelectric element and the coil inside the housing. A part of the F-PCB extends outside the housing. Input terminals are formed on the part of the F-PCB which extends outside the housing. The input terminals are configured to receive a vibration signal and an audio signal so that the hybrid actuator can reproduce both the vibration signal and the audio signal.

A bone conduction speaker is provided. The bone conduction speaker includes: a housing forming an exterior; a stator including a pole piece fitted to a bottom of the housing and a voice coil arranged to an outer circumference of the pole piece; a vibrator including a permanent magnet mounted concentrically with the pole piece and voice coil, with an air gap from the pole piece, a weight attached to the permanent magnet to increase a vibration force, and a yoke attached to the permanent magnet and weight; a flexible printed circuit board mounted on the bottom of the housing, part of which extends out of the housing, and configured to transmit a signal to the voice coil; and a bone conduction pad attached to an outer surface of the housing. The vibration of the vibrator is transmitted to a bone of a user through the housing and bone conduction pad.

The present invention is intended to provide a sound generating actuator which can facilitate heat dissipation from a voice coil. According to the present invention, there is provided a sound generating actuator, including: a frame; a stationary part mounted on the frame and provided with a yoke, a magnet and a top plate to compose a magnetic circuit; a voice coil configured to receive an electrical signal and vibrate due to a magnetic field and mutual electromagnetic force of the stationary part; a spring configured to dampen vibration of the voice coil and that is made of a metallic material and secured to the frame; and a contact pad that is attached to the spring and configured to transfer vibration of the voice coil.

An actuator is provided that is attached to an electronic device and configured to generate sound and vibration. The actuator includes: a first casing having sidewalls and a bottom; a second casing affixed to the first casing and forming a top; a printed circuit board attached to the first casing and configured to transmit a signal; a voice coil configured to receive the signal from the printed circuit board; and a vibrator configured to vibrate by an electromagnetic force produced through an interaction with the voice coil. Actuator

A waterproof speaker having a waterproof rating of 8 or more and that is capable of providing a waterproof function at a high water pressure is provided. The waterproof microspeaker includes: a frame comprising a sidewall and a flange portion extending outward from an upper edge of the sidewall; a vibrating portion within the frame; a diaphragm mounted on the flange portion of the frame; and a waterproof ring placed on a sidewall of the frame and configured to protrude further outward than the flange portion of the frame.

A sound converter includes a rectangular frame, a first suspension seated on an upper side of the frame to vibrate, a second suspension attached to a bottom surface of the first suspension and electrically connected to a voice coil to vibrate, a magnetic circuit including a center magnet, a plurality of sub-magnets spaced apart from the center magnet by a certain distance to define a magnetic gap, a plurality of top plates positioned above the center magnet and each sub-magnet, and a bottom plate positioned below the center magnet and each sub-magnet, and a third suspension connecting a lower end or a lower end lateral surface of the voice coil to the frame to vibrate. The voice coil is attached to a bottom surface of the second suspension. The third suspension is positioned through spaces defined by the sub-magnets being spaced apart from each other.

Sound converter

The present invention relates to a high power microspeaker having a separate sub-diaphragm on a top end surface of a coil, in addition to a diaphragm and a suspension. The present invention provides a structure in which an acoustic system including a main diaphragm and a conductive suspension of a microspeaker is attached to a top end surface of a coil and a separate sub-diaphragm is attached to the same surface of the coil.

The present invention discloses a high-output microspeaker, comprising: a frame; a protector; a yoke assembly coupled to the frame and including a magnet; a diaphragm provided in the frame and producing vibration; a voice coil coupled to the diaphragm and vibrating the diaphragm; a terminal provided on one side of the frame and providing an electrical connection between the lead wire of the voice coil and an external terminal; and a damper formed of an FPCB that includes an inner portion to which a center diaphragm, a side diaphragm and the voice coil are attached, an outer portion to which the side diaphragm is attached and which is in contact with the frame and the protector, a support portion functioning to connect the voice coil, the outer portion and the inner portion and including a land portion to which the lead-in wire of the coil is soldered or welded, and a connecting portion extending outward from the outer portion and providing an electrical connection between the terminal provided on the frame and the outer portion.
