A touch display device includes a plurality of pixel electrodes; a plurality of touch electrodes configured to face the plurality of pixel electrodes, respectively, the plurality of touch electrodes including at least a first touch electrode and a second touch electrode separated from each other; a first signal line connected to the first touch electrode, the first signal line overlapping the second touch electrode without being connected to the second touch electrode; and a second signal line connected to the second touch electrode, the second signal line overlapping the first touch electrode without being connected to the first touch electrode. The first signal line and the second signal line may be configured to apply touch drive signals respectively to the first touch electrode and the second electrode during a touch driving mode.

Touch display device

A touch display device comprises a substrate; planarization film disposed over the substrate; an anode electrode and a touch metal disposed on the planarization film; a bank disposed over the planarization film on which the anode electrode and the touch metal are disposed, and the bank including a first cavity exposing the anode electrode and a second cavity exposing the touch metal; an organic light emitting layer disposed in the first cavity and disposed over the anode electrode; and a cathode electrode disposed over the organic light emitting layer and the bank, wherein the cathode electrode includes a first cathode electrode and a second cathode electrode, which are separated from each other, and a part of the first cathode electrode is disposed in the second cavity and connected to the touch metal in the second cavity.

A touch display device can include a display panel including a plurality of data lines, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of subpixels, and a plurality of touch electrodes, each of the plurality of subpixels including a light emitting element and a driving transistor; and a signal conversion circuit configured to supply a driving signal to the plurality of subpixels in the display panel or a driving circuit connected to the display panel. Also, the driving signal can have a signal waveform corresponding to a signal waveform of a first power signal or a signal waveform of a second power signal.

The present disclosure relates to a touch display device, a touch panel, a touch sensing circuit and a touch sensing method. In the touch display device, the touch panel, and the touch sensing circuit, and in the method of performing touch sensing therein, a structure in which a plurality of touch sensor groups is arranged is provided, and one of a self-capacitance touch sensing scheme and a mutual-capacitance touch sensing scheme is adaptively implemented according to the type and position of a touch event. Therefore, the number of signal lines and the number of touch channels may be reduced, and the ghost phenomenon can be reduced or be overcome when multiple touches occur.

Touch display device, touch panel, touch sensing circuit, and touch sensing method

Embodiments disclosed herein relate to a touch display panel and a touch display device. By arranging a shielding structure, which is connected to a touch electrode in a region where a touch line and a data line overlap each other or is applied with a shielding signal corresponding to a touch driving signal from an outside circuit, between the touch line and the data line, it is possible to prevent direct capacitance from being formed between the touch line and the data line, and to prevent the capacitance formed due to the data line from causing noise on a touch sensing signal. In addition, by arranging a touch load reduction layer between the shielding structure and the touch line, it is also possible to reduce the capacitance between the touch line and the data line arranged in the horizontal direction, thereby improving touch sensing performance.

Touch display panel and touch display device

A subpixel circuit, a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. A subpixel circuit for operating a subpixel of a display panel may include: a light emitting circuit including an light emitting element to receive a high-potential voltage, the light emitting circuit being configured to control the light emitting element according to a driving voltage and to output a control voltage; a reference circuit configured to receive the control voltage and a low-potential voltage and to control a driving current flowing through the light emitting element; an amplification circuit configured to compare the control voltage and a data voltage to generate the driving voltage for controlling the light emitting circuit; and an input circuit configured to receive the data voltage and a first scan signal and to control a timing of applying the data voltage to the amplification circuit based on the first scan signal.

Subpixel circuit, display panel, and display device

A display device includes a substrate including a plurality of sub pixels; a first touch electrode on the substrate and overlapping at least one subpixel from the plurality of sub pixels; a second touch electrode on the substrate and spaced apart from the first touch electrode and overlapping the at least one sub pixel; an insulating layer covering the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a plurality of charging transistors on the insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a plurality of sensing transistors on the insulating layer and electrically connected to one of the first touch electrode and the second touch electrode; a planarization layer covering the plurality of charging transistors and the plurality of sensing transistors; and a light emitting diode on the planarization layer.

Display device

A subpixel circuit, a display panel, and a display device are disclosed. A subpixel circuit for operating a subpixel of a display panel may include: a reference circuit configured to receive a high-potential voltage and to output a control voltage for controlling a driving current flowing through a light emitting element; a light emitting circuit including the light emitting element, the light emitting circuit being configured to receive the control voltage and a low-potential voltage and to control the light emitting element based on a driving voltage; an amplification circuit configured to compare the control voltage and a data voltage to generate the driving voltage for controlling the light emitting circuit; and an input circuit configured to receive the data voltage and a first scan signal and to control a timing of applying the data voltage to the amplification circuit based on the first scan signal.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a driving method, and a driving circuit. More particularly, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device, a driving method, and a driving circuit capable of preventing touch sensitivity from being affected by display driving even though simultaneously performing the display driving and touch driving by supplying a data voltage to a plurality of data lines disposed in a display panel, supplying a common voltage to a plurality of common electrodes disposed in the display panel, displaying an image through the display panel, and supplying a common voltage to the common electrodes.

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a touch display device and, more particularly, to a touch display device including a touch panel that can reduce the number of signal lines and the number of touch channels and can prevent or reduce a ghost phenomenon in multi-touching.
