A display device may include a substrate, input pads, output pads, a driver, discharge patterns, and ground lines. The substrate may include a display area and a pad area. The input pads may be disposed in a first portion of the pad area. The output pads may be disposed in a second portion of the pad area. The driver may be disposed on the input pads and the output pads. The discharge patterns may be disposed adjacent to the driver in the pad area. The ground lines may electrically connect the discharge patterns and at least one of the input pads in the pad area.

The protective film has a first area, a second area, and a third area positioned between the first area and the second area. An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display and a method of driving the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels and a plurality of sensing regions. The OLED display further includes a temperature sensor array comprising a plurality of temperature sensors respectively arranged on the sensing regions. The OLED display also includes a controller configured to output a plurality of control signals so as to sequentially select the temperature sensors, receive a plurality of output signals output from the temperature sensors selected by the control signals, and generate first temperature data corresponding to the locations of the selected temperature sensors based on the output signals.
