Provided is an eco-friendly heliostat odor removal system, including: a solar cell which collects sunlight to generate electricity; an effective microorganism activation and cultivation box which purifies inflow contaminated air using an effective microorganism cultivation solution accommodated in a housing; a sunlight tracker which rotates or moves the solar cell to track the sun in accordance with an altitude of the sun; a controller which controls the effective microorganism activation and cultivation box and the sunlight tracker; and a battery storing unit which stores the electricity generated in the solar cell. Therefore, the power is supplied in an eco-friendly manner using solar heat energy and contaminated air is efficiently removed from industrial sites or a region where other odor is continuously generated by the effective microorganism cultivation solution.

Eco-friendly heliostat odor removal system

A liquid crystal display device, and its fabricating method, having a short-preventing structure. The liquid crystal display device includes a substrate having a first electrode. An insulating layer extends over the substrate and first electrode. A short-preventing member that extends over an edge of the first electrode is on the insulating layer. A multiple element metal pattern is on the insulating layer. The short-preventing structure prevents residual material from short circuiting the metal pattern elements.

An in-plane switching mode LCD device and a method for manufacturing the same is disclosed, in which the in-plane switching mode LCD device includes a substrate; a plurality of common electrodes at fixed intervals in one direction on the substrate; an insulating layer on the substrate including the plurality of common electrodes; a plurality of pixel electrodes at fixed intervals on the insulating layer between the respective plurality of common electrodes; and a dummy common electrode on the insulating layer at one side of one of the pixel electrodes, wherein the dummy common electrode is electrically connected to an outermost common electrode among the plurality of common electrodes.

In-plane switching mode liquid crystal display device and method for fabricating the same

A liquid crystal display device, and its fabrication method, having reduced picture quality deterioration and shorts. A thin film transistor is provided at intersections of gate and data lines. A pixel electrode connects to the thin film transistor. A storage electrode overlaps part of a gate line and extends along data lines. That storage electrode is overlapped by part of the pixel electrode. Channels are defined between the storage electrode and the data lines. A constant gap between the pixel electrodes and the data lines prevent a deterioration of picture quality and shorts between adjacent pixel electrodes and between the storage electrode and the data lines.

Liquid crystal display device and fabricating method thereof

A liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposing the first substrate, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines on the first substrate, each of the gate lines crossing each of the data lines at a crossing point, a plurality of gate pads, each gate pad disposed at a first end of each gate line, a plurality of data pads, each data pad disposed at a first end of each data line, a dummy portion between the pads, the dummy portion having a same pattern as a pattern of the plurality of gate pads and a pattern of the plurality of data pads, a plurality of thin film transistors disposed at the cross point, a first alignment layer on the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the first substrate and the second substrate.
