A display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate including a touch sensing area and a touch peripheral area disposed near the touch sensing area; a circuit layer disposed on the substrate; a touch sensor layer disposed on the circuit layer, including N number of touch sensing electrodes arranged in the touch sensing area in a first direction and a second direction, and N number of sensing transfer lines electrically connected to the N number of touch sensing electrodes, respectively; a multiplexer disposed in the touch peripheral area and electrically connected between the N number of sensing transfer lines and a touch driving circuit; and an electrostatic shielding layer overlapping with the multiplexer. The N number of sensing transfer lines extend from the N number of touch sensing electrodes to the multiplexer. Among the N number of sensing transfer lines, 2M number of sensing transfer lines selected by the multiplexer are electrically connected to the touch driving circuit. Each of N and M is a natural number and M is smaller than N.

A display device includes a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from and parallel to each other and disposed on a substrate, each of the first electrode and the second electrode extends in a direction, a first insulating layer disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a light-emitting element disposed on the first insulating layer and having opposing ends respectively disposed on the first electrode and the second electrode, a first connection electrode electrically contacting an end of the light-emitting element, a second connection electrode electrically contacting an opposite end of the light-emitting element, and insulating patterns respectively disposed on and contacting the first connection electrode and the second connection electrode, the insulating patterns are spaced apart from the light-emitting element and the first insulating layer.

Display device and method for manufacturing the same

A manufacturing method of a display device and a display device are provided. A manufacturing method of a display device includes: preparing a substrate including a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area; arranging a first electrode, a second electrode, a first uncut electrode, and a second uncut electrode on the substrate; forming a bank in the non-light emitting area of the substrate; arranging a light emitting element in the light emitting area of the substrate; removing at least a portion of each of the first uncut electrode and the second uncut electrode; arranging a first contact electrode electrically connecting the light emitting element and the first electrode; and arranging a second contact electrode electrically connecting the light emitting element and the second electrode, and the at least the portion of each of the first uncut electrode and the second uncut electrode is removed within an open area.

Method of manufacturing display device and display device

A display device includes a first electrode and a second electrode spaced apart from each other and disposed on a substrate; a first sub-bank disposed on the first electrode and exposing an end of the first electrode facing the second electrode; a second sub-bank disposed on the second electrode and exposing an end of the second electrode facing the first electrode; a step pattern disposed on the second electrode and overlapping at least the end of the second electrode; and a light-emitting element disposed between the first sub-bank and the second sub-bank.

An apparatus for manufacturing a display device, comprising a stage, a first electric-field-applying module on a first side of the stage, and including first probe pins, a first light-irradiating module above the stage, and configured to irradiate light to the stage, a first light emission driver configured to transmit a first emission driving signal to the first light-irradiating module, and a signal output unit configured to output a first emission timing signal for setting light irradiation timing of the first light-irradiating module to the first light emission driver, to output a first alignment signal to any one of the first probe pins, and to output a second alignment signal to another one of the first probe pins, wherein the first emission timing signal and the second alignment signal are alternating current (AC) signals, and wherein periods of the first emission timing signal and the second alignment signal are the same.
