The present invention relates to a fan motor comprising: a housing; a vane hub received in the housing; an insulator mounted inside the vane hub to insulate a stator comprising a stator core and a stator coil wound on the stator core; and a lower bracket coupled to the insulator, wherein a plurality of power line lead-out holes are formed in the lower bracket so as to allow a power line extending from the stator coil to pass therethrough, and a plurality of air holes are formed in the circumferential direction between the respective power line lead-out holes so as to allow air to be suctioned toward the stator. Accordingly, a flow channel of air to for cooling a stator can be formed inside a stator slot, and thus cooling of the stator can be facilitated.

Fan motor

Various embodiments relate to a motor in which a structure of an insulator is improved. The motor includes an insulator module coupled to a top face of a stator core. The insulator module includes: each power terminal unit connected to each of 3-phases power lead wires; a neutral terminal unit connected to a neutral point of a coil; and an insulator body for achieving insulations between the power and neutral terminal units and the stator core, and between the power and neutral terminal units, wherein the power terminal unit and the neutral terminal unit are positioned at different vertical levels.

A stator core of a fan motor comprises: a back yoke body; and a plurality of teeth which are spaced apart from each other inside the back yoke body, wherein each of the plurality of teeth comprises: a neck coupled to the back yoke body; and a shoe protruding from the neck and facing the outer circumference of a rotor, and each of a plurality of insulators of the fan motor comprises: a neck insulator surrounding the neck; a first barrier protruding from the neck insulator in an axial direction; and a pair of second barriers protruding from the neck insulator towards the inner circumference of the back yoke body.

Various embodiments relate to a motor in which a structure of an insulator is improved. The motor includes an upper insulator coupled to a top face of a stator core. The upper insulator includes a power terminal unit connected to each of 3-phases power lead wires; and an upper insulator body for insulating the power terminal unit from the stator core. The upper insulator includes protrusions radially protruding from the upper insulator body. Each protrusion has a guide hole defined therein for receiving each of the 3-phases power lead wires.
