A display device may include: a substrate including a display area which includes a first area and a second area and a non-display area; data lines located in the first area and the second area; readout lines located in the first area and the second area, the readout lines being spaced apart from the data lines; connection lines extending from the first area to the second area, the connection lines being electrically connected to corresponding readout lines disposed in the second area; and bridge lines extending from the second area to the first area, the bridge lines being electrically connected to corresponding data lines disposed in the first area. The connection lines and the bridge lines does not overlap with each other.

A display device includes display pixels each including a light emitting part including a light emitting element and a pixel driver applying a driving current to the light emitting element, and light sensing pixels each including a light sensing part including an optical element and a sensing driver, the sensing driver applying a sensing current to a sensing line according to a photocurrent of the optical element. The sensing driver includes a first sensing transistor controlling the sensing current flowing through the sensing line according to a voltage of a first electrode of the optical element, and a second sensing transistor initializing the first electrode of the optical element to a first level voltage. A channel layer of the first sensing transistor and a channel layer of the second sensing transistor are made of different materials.

Display device

A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area, signal wires disposed in the display area, connection wires disposed in the display area and electrically connected to the signal wires, and touch electrodes disposed on the connection wires. The connection wires include diagonal portions extending in a diagonal direction, and first protrusion patterns protruding from the diagonal portions of the connection wires. Parts of the first protrusion patterns overlap the touch electrodes.

Each image frame may include at least two emission enable periods for the light-emitting diode, and at least one emission inhibit period between the at least two emission enable periods.

A display device includes a data line to which a data voltage is applied, a first driving voltage line to which a first driving voltage is applied, a second driving voltage line to which a second driving voltage is applied, and a pixel connected to the first and second driving voltage lines. The pixel includes a first transistor to control a driving current according to a voltage applied to a first node, a light emitting element between the first transistor and the first driving voltage line, and a capacitor between the first node and the second driving voltage line. The first driving voltage has a first high-level voltage during a first initialization period, the first driving voltage has a first mid-level voltage lower than the first high level voltage during a threshold-voltage-storage period, and the first driving voltage has a first low-level voltage during a second initialization period.
