An emissive display device includes a display area which includes a plurality of pixels, and a driver disposed at a side of the display area, where the driver includes at least two emission signal stages disposed in one row, and an input signal line connected to the emission signal stages, and the at least two emission signal stages are connected to the same input signal line.

Emissive display device

A display device includes: a pixel driving circuit configured to drive the light emitting elements of pixels; and sensors including a light sensing element and a sensor driving circuit connected with the light sensing element and configured to output a sensing signal corresponding to a light, the sensor driving circuit including: a reset transistor including a first electrode configured to receive a reset signal, a second electrode connected with a first sensing node, and a third electrode configured to receive a reset control signal; an amplification transistor including a first electrode configured to receive a sensing driving voltage, a second electrode connected with a second sensing node, and a third electrode connected with the first sensing node; and an output transistor including a first electrode connected with the second sensing node, a second electrode connected with a sensing line, and a third electrode configured to receive an output control signal.

Display device

A display panel includes a first display area and a second display area. The display panel includes a plurality of first pixel groups in the first display area, a plurality of second pixel groups in the second display area, and a plurality of scan lines connected to the first and second pixel groups. The second display area includes a plurality of light emitting areas in which the second pixel groups are respectively disposed, and a plurality of open areas in which the second pixel groups are not disposed. One of a second pixel group of an n-th row is cut and does not overlap an adjacent open area of the n-th row, and is connected in the second display area to a scan line of a second pixel group of an (n−1)-th row or a scan line of a second pixel group of an (n+1)-th row.

A display device includes: a base layer; a plurality of scan lines configured to sequentially receive scan signals, the plurality of scan lines being on the base layer; a plurality of pixels on the base layer and connected to each of the plurality of scan lines; a plurality of sensing control lines configured to simultaneously receive sensing control signals, the sensing control lines being on the base layer; and a plurality of sensors on the base layer and connected to respective ones of the sensing control lines, wherein the scan line and the sensing control line are on the same layer.

A pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving switching element, an initialization voltage terminal, a data initialization switching element set, and an adjustment switching element. The driving switching element may provide a driving current to the light emitting element. The adjustment switching element is electrically connected to the data initialization switching element in series. At least one of the data initialization switching element set and the adjustment switching element may control an electrical connection between the control electrode of the driving switching element and the initialization voltage terminal. A control electrode of the adjustment switching element is electrically connected to an input electrode of the adjustment switching element.

Pixel and display apparatus having the same

An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, first to third transistors, a storage capacitor, and a first capacitor. The second transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first scan signal, a first electrode receiving a data signal, and a second electrode connected to a first electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a second scan signal, a first electrode connected to a second electrode of the first transistor, and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode receiving a power voltage and a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The first capacitor includes a first electrode connected to the gate electrode of the third transistor and a second electrode receiving the power voltage.

Pixel and organic light emitting display device having the same

A pixel includes a driving transistor, a switching transistor, and first and second capacitors. The gate of the driving transistor is disposed below a first insulating layer, and a first conductive pattern defining a first electrode of the first capacitor is disposed below the first insulating layer. A second conductive pattern defining a second electrode of the first capacitor and a first electrode of the second capacitor is disposed on the first insulating layer, a third conductive pattern defining a second electrode of the second capacitor is disposed on a second insulating layer covering the second conductive pattern, and the data line is disposed above the second insulating layer.

A display apparatus including a substrate, a first power source line disposed in a peripheral area adjacent to a display area, the first power source line including a first layer and a second layer electrically connected to each other, a first gate pattern disposed between the first layer of the substrate and including a first gate fan-out line in the peripheral area and a first gate connecting line connected to the first gate fan-out line and extending between the first gate fan-out line and the display area, a first insulation layer disposed between the first layer and the second layer of the first power source line, a second insulation layer disposed between the first insulation layer and the second layer, and a first insulating dam disposed on and contacting the second layer, the first insulating dam disposed in the peripheral area and surrounding the display area.

Display apparatus

A display panel includes a first display area and a second display area. The display panel includes a plurality of first pixel groups in the first display area, a plurality of second pixel groups in the second display area, and a plurality of scan lines connected to the first and second pixel groups. The second display area includes a plurality of light emitting areas in which the second pixel groups are respectively disposed, and a plurality of open areas in which the second pixel groups are not disposed. One of a second pixel group of an n-th row is cut and does not overlap an adjacent open area of the n-th row, and is connected in the second display area to a scan line of a second pixel group of an (n&#x2212;1)-th row or a scan line of a second pixel group of an (n+1)-th row.

A display device includes a substrate that includes a display area for displaying an image and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a plurality of pixels that are disposed in the display area and each include an organic light emitting diode and a pixel circuit portion configured to operate the organic light emitting diode, and a scan driver that is disposed in the non-display area and includes a plurality of stages configured to output scan signals to the plurality of pixels. The plurality of stages may be arranged in n columns, a height of one stage may correspond to a height of n pixels, and n may be an integer of 2 or more.
