The present invention relates to an adhesive and application thereof, and a bonded product obtained by using the adhesive. The adhesive comprises: a. at least one aqueous polyurethane dispersion; b. at least one surface passivated polyisocyanate; c. at least one polycarbodiimide having a weight-average molecular weight of 500 to 100,000; and d. optionally a carbodiimide having a carbodiimide group functionality of 1. The coating formed by the adhesive provided according to the present invention has good hydrolysis resistance.

Adhesive and application thereof

The present invention relates to an adhesive, a preparation method and application thereof, particularly the application for bonding glass fiber composites, and a bonded article obtained by using the adhesive. The adhesive comprises: a polyisocyanate having an isocyanate functionality of not less than 2; an epoxy-modified polyether polyol; a hydroxyl-containing acrylate; a redox catalyst; a silane coupling agent; optionally a polyol containing bisphenol A structure; and optionally a polymer polyol different from the epoxy-modified polyether polyol. The adhesive according to the present invention has the advantages of being insensitive to moisture, good bonding properties and a long pot life.

Adhesive and its preparation and application

The present application discloses a polyol system for preparing polyurethane comprising: i) at least one active chain extender having at least two groups that can react with an isocyanate, wherein at least one group that can react with an isocyanate is free primary &#x2014;NH2 group; ii) at least one active chain extender having three groups that can react with an isocyanate, wherein at least one group that can react with an isocyanate is free primary &#x2014;OH group, and iii) at least one polyether polyol starting from an amine. The polyol system according to the present disclosure is phase-stable without layering and capable of releasing mold quickly after reacting with an isocyanate to produce polyurethane.

The invention provides a polyurethane pultrusion article comprising a polyurethane pultrusion composite and a coating layer applied thereon, wherein the polyurethane pultrusion composite comprises a polyurethane resin matrix and a reinforcement material, and is prepared by a polyurethane pultrusion process, wherein the polyurethane resin matrix is prepared from a polyurethane composition comprising: A) an isocyanate component comprising one or more polyisocyanates; B) an isocyanate-reactive component comprising: b1) a first polyether polyol having a functionality of 2-3 and a hydroxyl number of 10-120 mgKOH/g; b2) a second polyether polyol having a functionality of 3-8 and a hydroxyl number of 810-1900 mgKOH/g; b4) one or more isocyanate-reactive flame retardants. The polyurethane pultrusion article provided by the invention has both favorable flame retardance and good adhesion between the coating layer and the composite.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane ballast layer, the method for preparing the same and a railway comprising the polyurethane ballast layer. The polyurethane ballast layer provided in this invention comprises a polyurethane-filled ballast layer and a polyurethane external protective layer, wherein the polyurethane-filled ballast layer comprises ballasts and polyurethane foam filled in the space among the ballasts. The polyurethane ballast layer provided in this invention can reduce the probability of ballast crashing, shifting and cracking under heavy load, and separate the ballast track from the outside environment to prevent rain, snow and wastes from entering into the internal space of the ballast track bed. Furthermore, the polyurethane ballast layer can keep the polyurethane foam filled in the ballasts layer away from water in the outside environment to avoid hydrolysis. The polyurethane ballast layer presented in this invention can be used in the railway ballast track bed to extend the track bed maintenance cycle, and save maintenance cost significantly.

A polyurethane composite is disclosed comprising rigid polyurethane and foamed thereupon a flexible integral skin (surface pore closed) polyurethane foam, wherein the rigid polyurethane having a density range of 600 kg/mto 1200 kg/m, a Shore A hardness range of 90 to 99, a Shore D hardness range of 40 to 80, a tensile strength range of 10MPa to 60 MPa, a flexural strength range of 20 MPa to 60 Mpa, a elastic flexural modulus range of 800 MPa to 2500 Mpa, an elongation rate at break of 10-100% and an elongation at break of 25-150%; wherein the flexible integral skin (surface pore closed) polyurethane foam having a density range of 60 kg/mto 200 kg/m, a tensile strength of 60 kPa to 250 kPa, an elongation at break of 70-180%, a tearing strength of 130-220 N/m, a resilience of falling ball of 40-70%, IFD25% of 200-600 N and IFD65% of 600-1800 N.
