The method specifically includes: controlling, by a terminal, some areas of a display screen to display a black picture for a plurality of times; and when the areas display the black picture, obtaining an intensity of ambient light detected by an ambient light sensor to adjust luminance of the display screen.

This application provides an earphone, which can resolve a problem that a strain sensing module in the earphone and for implementing function keys occupies a large space area, thereby implementing the function keys of the earphone through pressing in multiple directions and reducing an overall size of the earphone. The earphone includes a housing and a pressure-strain structure arranged in a cavity formed by the housing. Two end portions of the pressure-strain structure are both in stable contact with an inner wall of the housing. A strain sensor is arranged on the pressure-strain structure. In a case that the housing is squeezed, the pressure-strain structure generates strain, and the strain sensor is configured to sense the strain generated by the pressure-strain structure.

This application relates to the field of communications technologies, and provides ambient light and optical proximity detection methods, a photographing method, and a terminal, so that an entire display screen of the terminal is used to display a user interface, and this improves user experience. The method specifically includes: controlling, by a terminal, some areas of a display screen to display a black picture for a plurality of times; and when the areas display the black picture, obtaining approaching data of the external object detected by an optical proximity sensor to control turning on or off of the display screen.

An ambient light detection method and an electronic device are provided to prevent leaked screen light and/or screen transmittance from affecting ambient light detection. The method is applied to an electronic device. A first ambient light detection unit and a second ambient light detection unit are disposed in the electronic device. A first photosensitive area of the first ambient light detection unit is used to detect intensity of first light, and a second photosensitive area of the second ambient light detection unit is used to detect intensity of second light. The first light includes ambient light and leaked screen light, and the second light includes the leaked screen light. A calibration coefficient is further configured in the electronic device. The method includes: the electronic device determines intensity of the ambient light based on a first value, a second value, and the calibration coefficient.

A terminal device and an infrared light transmission method are provided. A proximity light emission component and an infrared remote control emission component of the terminal device are in a shared mode. The proximity light emission component and the infrared remote control emission component share a same infrared lamp, lampshade, and appearance hole. A function of infrared remote control or a function of proximity light detection may be performed as required through one appearance hole, which can simplify hardware design and help to reduce costs. In addition, an infrared top path parallel to a screen of the terminal device and an infrared forward path perpendicular to the screen of the terminal device may be constructed based on an internal structure of the lampshade, and infrared light is transmitted through the infrared top path and the infrared forward path.

A terminal device with an ambient light detection function and an ambient light detection method are provided. The terminal device includes at least two photosensitive units arranged at a short distance, and the at least two photosensitive units are located in a slit area formed by a middle frame and a side wall of a display screen. Transparent black ink and opaque ink are respectively deployed in vertical projection areas of photosensitive areas of the at least two photosensitive units on cover glass, resulting in asymmetry in external ambient light energy sensed by the at least two photosensitive units. A processor performs differential calculation based on light energy sensed by the two photosensitive units by using a particular method, removes the impact of the light leakage generated by the display screen, and obtains brightness of peripheral real ambient light, to adjust brightness of the display screen.

An embodiment of this application discloses a terminal. The terminal includes a side frame, a front cover, a back cover, a display panel, and an ambient light sensor. The front cover and the back cover respectively cover two opposite sides of the side frame. The display panel is fastened to one side of the front cover facing the back cover. An outer peripheral side of the display panel and an inner peripheral side of the side frame are disposed opposite to each other and form a light-transmitting gap therebetween. The light-transmitting gap forms a first projection on the front cover. Alight sensing surface of the ambient light sensor forms a second projection on the front cover. The terminal has a relatively high screen-to-body ratio.

The application discloses a terminal and a Type C interface anti-corrosion method. In the terminal, a processor is separately connected to a motion sensor and an interface chip. The interface chip is separately connected to the processor and a CC pin in a first Type C interface. The motion sensor is configured to monitor a motion status of the terminal, and the processor is configured to control, according to the motion status of the terminal, the interface chip to configure the CC pin of the first Type C interface to be in a low-level mode when it is determined that the motion status of the terminal changes from a moving state to a static state. When the motion status of the terminal changes from the moving state to the static state, the change in the motion status of the terminal is that the terminal is disconnected from an external device.

Embodiments provide a proximity sensor located at a side edge of a terminal or a top side edge of the terminal. A first included angle is formed between light emitted by the proximity sensor and a touchscreen of the terminal. The terminal obtains data detected by a motion sensor, and motion data of the terminal based on the data detected by the motion sensor. The terminal determines whether the motion data is less than a first threshold. If the motion data is less than the first threshold, the terminal determines that no external object is currently approaching, and skips performing a mistouch prevention action. The method includes displaying a black picture for at least two times in a first area of a display area of a display screen of a terminal, displaying an image frame picture in a second area of the display area when the black picture is displayed in the first area, displaying the image frame picture in the first area in an interval between displaying the black picture in the first area for two times, and obtaining, by the terminal, an intensity of ambient light, wherein the intensity of the ambient light is detected by a first ambient light sensor when the first area displays the black.
