A light bulb apparatus includes a light bulb shell, a bulb head, and a heat sink cup. The heat sink cup has a first end connected to the light bulb shell, and a second end connected to the bulb head. The light bulb apparatus includes a flexible filament and a central support. The flexible filament has a first terminal and a second terminal, and the central support provides a first electrode electrically connected to the first terminal, and provides a second electrode for electrically connected to the second terminal. The light bulb apparatus includes an expanding structure and a driver module. The expanding structure is mechanically coupled to the central support, and includes a plurality of holding portions for holding the flexible filament. The driver module is electrically connected to the bulb head and the central support for providing electrical power to the flexible filament.

Light bulb apparatus

A filament lighting apparatus includes a base, a pillar, multiple lamp strips, a fixed metal strip, a driving circuit and a lamp cap. The lower end of the pillar connects to the base. Each lamp strip has an upper end point and a lower end point. The upper end point of the lamp strip is electrically connected to the fixed metal strip. The fixed metal strip is disposed about an upper end of the pillar and the fixed metal strip doesn't directly contact the pillar. The lower end of at least two of the lamp strips are electrically connected to the driving circuit. The lamp cap accommodates the driving circuit and supports the base. The present invention discloses a method of manufacturing the filament lighting apparatus.

Filament lighting apparatus and manufacturing method thereof

A light bulb apparatus includes a head cup, a bottom support, multiple light strips and a bulb shell. The head cup is connected to an external power source. The bottom support is extended from the head cup. Each light strip has a top end and a bottom end. The bottom ends of the light strips are connected to the bottom support. The top ends of the light strips form a top polygonal shape and the bottom ends of the light strips form a bottom polygonal shape. The bottom polygonal shape has a bigger area size than the top polygonal shape. Each light strip has a skewed angle with respect to a middle axis perpendicular to the bottom shape.

LED light bulb

A LED filament bulb apparatus includes a bulb shell, one or more LED strips, a core column, two pluggable sockets, a driver board and a cap. The LED strip is electrically connected to two power lead wires. The core column supports the LED strip. The two power lead wires have bottom ends. The two pluggable sockets respectively receives the two bottom ends. The driver board is used for mounting the two pluggable socket and a driver circuit. The two bottom ends of the two power lead wires are electrically connected to the driver circuit for receiving a driving current generated by the driver circuit from converting an external power source. The cap is fixed to the core column and the bulb shell.
