The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic fingerprint apparatus and an electronic device. The ultrasonic fingerprint apparatus includes an ultrasonic fingerprint chip and a piezoelectric transducer arranged above the ultrasonic fingerprint chip; the piezoelectric transducer includes a piezoelectric layer, an upper electrode located above the piezoelectric layer, and a lower electrode located below the piezoelectric layer; the ultrasonic fingerprint chip includes a substrate and a plurality of metal layers arranged in a first region of the substrate, the lower electrode is located above a second region of the substrate, a top metal layer among the plurality of metal layers includes N drive traces, a passivation layer is provided above the top metal layer, and provided with a first window corresponding to the N drive traces, and the upper electrode extends from an upper surface of the piezoelectric layer into the first window.

An image sensor, a fingerprint detection apparatus, and an electronic device are provided. The image sensor includes a pixel circuit array, wherein each pixel circuit is configured to generate an output signal according to a received light signal; and an output circuit is configured to simultaneously receive output signals of a plurality of pixel circuits in the pixel circuit array, and output a signal average value of the output signals of the plurality of pixel circuits. An adjuster includes a power transfer circuit, a negative feedback circuit, a constant current source circuit and a control circuit. Two inputs of an error amplifier in the negative feedback circuit receive a reference voltage and a feedback voltage corresponding to an output signal of the adjuster respectively, and the error amplifier is configured to output a first voltage signal when the feedback voltage is less than the reference voltage, and output a second voltage signal when the feedback voltage is greater than the reference voltage, during the starting process of the adjuster. The control circuit is configured to control the negative feedback circuit to be turned off and the constant current source circuit to be turned on, and control the constant current source circuit to be turned off and the negative circuit to be turned on according to the second voltage signal.

A power supply generating circuit includes a driving voltage generating circuit and a pulse generating circuit, where the driving voltage generating circuit is configured to generate a driving voltage signal, the pulse generating circuit receives the driving voltage signal through a first input end and receives a communication signal through a second input end; at a negative phase stage of the communication signal, the first output end does not output the driving voltage signal, and the pulse generating circuit outputs a charge to an energy storage end, where the charge is input from the first output end.

A linear regulator includes: a current bias module, a voltage bias module having positive temperature characteristics, and a flip voltage follower. An input end of the current bias module receives an input voltage of the linear regulator, and an output end of the current bias module outputs a bias current. A first input end and a second input end of the voltage bias module receive the input voltage and the bias current, respectively, and an output end of the voltage bias module outputs a bias voltage. A first input end and a second input end of the flip voltage follower receive the input voltage and the bias voltage, respectively, and an output end of the flip voltage follower outputs an output voltage of the linear regulator.
