A resin slurry for a fractured-vuggy formation and the preparation and use thereof, which belong to the field of drilling fluid lost circulation control. The resin slurry plugging system is composed of the following raw materials in mass percentage: 20%-40% of composite resin plugging agent, 0.5%-5.0% of consolidating agent, 0.5%-5.0% of flow pattern regulator, 0.3%-1.2% of cross-linking agent, 0.3%-1.2% of retarder, 3%-12% of filling agent, and the balance of water. The plugging system has a certain fluidity under low-temperature conditions, is easy to be injected into the formation, and can fill a lose channel of a fractured-vuggy reservoir. The consolidating time of the plugging system is controllable, and the construction conditions are safe. The plugging system forms a three-dimensional cross-linked network structure consolidation after cross-linking and consolidating under high-temperature conditions of the formation.

Resin slurry plugging system suitable for fractured-vuggy formation and preparation and use thereof

The invention relates to a dynamic fracture width calculation method for drilling fluid loss in a fractured formation, which belongs to the field of loss control of drilling and well completion engineering, and includes the following steps: selecting a model according to seismic data and fracture development characteristics and calculating a static hydraulic width of a formation fracture; substituting the static hydraulic width of the formation fracture into a deformation formula of a fracture hydraulic width, to obtain a dynamic hydraulic width of a wellbore fracture; converting the dynamic hydraulic width of the wellbore fracture into an average mechanical width of the wellbore fracture, according to a conversion relational formula of a mechanical width; and solving a mechanical width distribution range of the fracture according to a standard deviation of a mechanical width distribution of a natural fracture.

Dynamic fracture width calculation method for drilling fluid loss in fractured formation

A quantitative scoring and optimization method of a drilling and completion loss-control material includes: extracting key performance parameters of drilling and completion loss-control materials in loss-circulation zone, sequencing the key performance parameters according to their importance; performing weight calculation on the key performance parameters of the loss-control material by an analytic hierarchy process; determining scores of the key performance parameters of conventional loss-control materials according to an experimental evaluation table of the performance parameters of the loss-control materials; calculating comprehensive scores of all loss-control materials and performing optimal selection on the loss-control materials according to the comprehensive scores. The present disclosure provides a quantitative evaluation table of performance parameters of the loss-control materials, and an optimal selection method of the loss-control materials for different loss-control formations according to the analytic hierarchy process.

Quantitative scoring and optimization method of drilling and completion loss-control material

The invention relates to a selection method of loss control materials for lost circulation control in fractured reservoirs based on photoelastic experiments. By using the photoelastic material to simulate rigid lost circulation material, obtaining photoelastic images and load curves during a loading process of plugging zones formed by the lost circulation material, selecting the lost circulation material according to structure stability of plugging zones. Based on 'a relationship between structures and performances' and granular matter mechanics, the present method is with high reliable to duly observe distribution and evolution of internal forces in a pressure-bearing process of plugging zones, reveal an instability mechanism of the plugging zone, and optimize the lost circulation material in a targeted manner; the present disclosure based on mesoscopic structure characterization of plugging zones is for a new idea for material selection of deep fractured reservoirs, of good repeatability, simple operation and low economic cost.
