An n-shape connected split column for underground structure comprises a prefabricated reinforced concrete column, n-shape connector, exterior packaged steel sheet, reserved connecting reinforcement and reserved high strength bolt. The subject of the prefabricated reinforced concrete column is an ordinary reinforced concrete column; the reserved connecting reinforcement is reserved on the top and bottom of the prefabricated reinforced concrete column; a high strength bolt is reserved on adjacent side faces. The n-shape connector connects with prefabricated reinforced concrete column through reserved high strength bolt; they are installed in underground structure through reserved connecting reinforcement. The exterior packaged steel sheet is pasted on the exterior of the prefabricated reinforced concrete column, and coadjacent prefabricated reinforced concrete column and connection gap between them is overall packaged to ensure the performance of split column under normal service condition. The present disclosure has clear concept and principle; it is easy to be manufactured, repaired, and installed in a key position of underground structure to decrease the damage of earthquake for an underground structure.

N-shape prefabricated connective split column for underground structures

The present disclosure discloses a self-reset flexible earthquake-resistant system of the prefabricated subway station, comprising prefabricated component prestressed tendon, waterproof rubber, and rubber bearing. The main structure of station is built by connection between prestressed tendon and prefabricated component, it changes the connection methods of connection node from consolidation joint to hinged joint which makes the subway station into a flexible system, while at the same time, self-reset function is realized by prestressed tendon; 'T' and '' system is combined with rubber waterproof tape, and rubber bearing which is installed in connection site of prefabricated component, multi-protection measures of waterproof is realized, earthquake-resistant effect is also realized. Connection problem with the prefabricated component can be solved by the self-reset flexible earthquake-resistant system of the prefabricated subway station; underground station structure is changed into the flexible system through releasing bending moment in connection site of the prefabricated component, deforming ability of subway station is improved, the earthquake-resistant ability of underground subway station is improved.

A damping splice sleeve may include an outer cylinder, a damping material, an inner cylinder. The outer cylinder is a hollow cylinder with partition. The partition divides the cylinder into two smaller cylinders. The two smaller cylinders have no connection with each other. Both ends of the outer cylinder are open. The inner cylinder includes two hollow cylinders with one end closed and the other end open. The damping material is installed between inner cylinder and outer cylinder. The damping splice sleeve can be used for the components' connections of precast building structures with vibration control requirements. When the load effects make the components have relative displacement, the damping material in the damping splice sleeve can have shear deformation and then dissipate energy.
