A color filter (CF) substrate includes a CF structure disposed on a base, and multiple pixel regions each including multiple sub-pixel regions. The CF structure includes a nanostructure layer including multiple nanostructures and a light guide structure layer including multiple light guide structures, sequentially provided on the base. Each light guide structure is in a corresponding pixel region, and includes multiple light guide sub-portions. Each light guide sub-portion is in a corresponding sub-pixel region. Each sub-pixel region corresponds to a nanostructure, and each nanostructure is in a corresponding sub-pixel region. Each of the light guide sub-portions in one pixel region is configured such that light incident on the light guide sub-portions exits at different angles and enters into the nanostructure in the sub-pixel region corresponding thereto. Each nanostructure is configured such that light exiting from the sub-pixel region corresponding thereto has a predetermined color.

The apparatus for a photo-alignment process includes a reflector, an up-conversion layer, and a polarizer optically coupled together. The reflector is configured to reflect an infrared light and provide a reflected infrared light to the up-conversion layer. The up-conversion layer is configured to convert the reflected infrared light to an ultraviolet light, and provide the ultraviolet light to the polarizer. The polarizer is configured to convert the ultraviolet light to a polarized ultraviolet light for the photo-alignment process.

The present disclosure relates to a polarizer and a display device. The polarizer includes a polarization layer, a color filter layer located on the polarization layer, wherein the color filter layer includes a quantum dot. The application of the polarizer provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure to the display device can increase the color gamut, the color purity, and the light utilization, thereby improving the display color quality.

In the conductive particle according to this disclosure, the core of the conductive particle is a fluorescent resin core, and the extent to which the conductive particle is cracked can be detected by detecting varying fluorescence in a heating and pressuring process, to thereby alleviate such a phenomenon from taking place that the conductive particle has a poor electrical conductivity due to an insufficient pressure, or the conductive particle is cracked, and thus loses its electrical conductivity, due to an excessive pressure.

The present invention provides a display panel and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises steps of forming a black matrix and forming a sealant, wherein the black matrix layer contains a thermochromic material at the position corresponding to the sealant, so that when the sealant is cured with ultraviolet light, the thermochromic material layer is transparent. In such case, a side of the first substrate away from the sealant can be irradiated and ultraviolet light passes through the first substrate and the thermochromic material to cure the sealant, thus achieving a uniform irradiation of ultraviolet light and a high curing efficiency. After the sealant is cured, the thermochromic material can become black by changing the temperature thereof so as to avoid the light leakage.

The present application discloses a method of fabricating a color filter substrate, including forming a black matrix layer including forming a plurality of black matrices on a base substrate thereby defining a plurality of subpixel areas, the plurality of black matrices being formed to have a plurality of pores; dispensing a first color filter material in a plurality of first subpixel areas of the plurality of subpixel areas thereby forming a first color filter material layer, the first color filter material permeating into pores of black matrices adjacent to the plurality of first subpixel areas; and forming a first color filter layer. Subsequent to forming the first color filter layer, the first color filter material remains in at least a first portion of the black matrices adjacent to the plurality of first subpixel areas.
