Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a driving circuit, a driving method, and a display panel. The driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a writing module, a compensation module, a light-emitting control module and a light-emitting device. The driving transistor has a first gate connected to a first node, a second gate connected to a second node, a source connected to a first power supply terminal, and a drain connected to the third node. The writing module is connected to the first node and the third node. The compensation module is connected to the first node, the second node and the third node. The light-emitting control module is connected to the third node and the fourth node. An anode of the light-emitting device is connected to the fourth node, and a cathode of the light-emitting device is connected to the second power supply terminal.

A pixel driving circuit and a display device are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes an addressing transistor, a driving transistor, a storage capacitor, and a plurality of pixel units connected in parallel. The pixel unit includes a digital signal controller. The digital signal controller is series connected to lighting units. The gate of the addressing transistor receives a scan signal, the digital signal controller provides a digital signal, the scan signal and the digital signal makes the lighting units periodically generate lights such that a predetermined frame is displayed.

The present disclosure provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display panel and a driving method thereof. The OLED display panel includes a plurality of pixel circuits and an external compensation unit connected to the plurality of pixel circuits. The external compensation unit externally compensates the pixel circuits, obtains initial threshold voltages of driving thin-film transistors (TFTs) of each pixel circuits, obtains a sum data signal by summing up each of the initial threshold voltages and an input signal corresponding to each pixel circuits, and transmits the sum data signal to each pixel circuits. The external compensation compensates non-uniformity initial threshold voltages of each driving TFTs caused from manufacture of OLED display panel and compensates the permanent drift of the actual threshold voltage caused from external stress. The internal compensation instantly compensates relatively slight drift of actual threshold voltage occurring during the emitting of the OLED display panel.

Organic light-emitting diode display panel and driving method thereof

A pixel driving circuit and a display panel are provided. The pixel driving circuit uses a 7T3C structure to effectively compensate a threshold voltage of a driving transistor in each pixel, a compensation structure of the pixel driving circuit is relatively simple, and operation difficulty is low. The present invention provides an AMOLED pixel driving circuit and a pixel driving method. The AMOLED pixel driving circuit comprises: a first, a second, a third, a fourth, a fifth, a sixth thin film transistors (M, M, M, M, M, M), a first, a second capacitors (C, C) and an organic light emitting diode (D); wherein the third thin film transistor (M) is a mirror thin film transistor, and the fourth thin film transistor (M) is a drive thin film transistor, and the second thin film transistor (M) is located between the third and the fourth thin film transistors (M, M). By controlling activation and deactivation of the second thin film transistor (M) according to time sequence with the restore signal (Restore), the source voltage of the third thin film transistor (M) is controlled to be pulled down to the earth voltage level (GND) in the restore stage to ensure that ensure that the gate-source voltages of the third, the fourth thin film transistors (M, M) are equal. The present disclosure relates to a liquid crystal device and the compensation circuit for organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) thereof. The compensation circuit of the OLED includes a first switch unit, a second switch unit, a third switch unit, and a fourth switch unit. When the first switch unit and the second switch unit are turned off and the third switch unit and the fourth switch unit are turned on, the compensation circuit drives the OLED to emit light to compensate the OLED. With such configuration, the current passing through the OLED is prevented from being drifted caused by the threshold voltage of the TFT.
