A fan, comprising blades (), an upper hub (), and a lower hub (). Each blade () comprises a connecting part (). The connecting part () is clamped between a lower surface of the upper hub () and an upper surface of the lower hub (). The lower surface of the upper hub () is provided with an upper hub connecting area, and the upper surface of the lower hub () is provided with a lower hub connecting area. An upper surface and a lower surface of the connecting part () are separately provided with a junction surface extending from the connecting part (). The lower surface of the upper hub () and the upper surface of the lower hub () are separately provided with a matching surface matching the junction surface. The junction surface and the matching surface are arranged in the radial direction and/or circumferential direction of the upper hub () and the lower hub (), and are configured to match with each other to impede the movement of at least two blades () in the circumferential direction and/or radial direction with respect to the upper hub () and the lower hub (). The fan structure can prevent the movement of the blades () with respect to the upper hub () and the lower hub (). The connecting part () and the fan body () are not easy to break and can be easily assembled, such that better stability can be ensured while the cost is low.

Disclosed in the present application is a blade and an axial flow impeller using same. The blade comprises a blade tip, a blade root, a leading edge, a trailing edge, an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface and lower surface are disposed opposite each other; the blade tip, the blade root, the leading edge and the trailing edge surround the upper surface and the lower surface, and connect the upper surface and the lower surface. The blade is rotatable about a rotation axis, the rotation axis being perpendicular to a normal plane. The blade tip comprises a blade tip base part and a blade tip trailing part, the blade tip base part being close to the leading edge, and the blade tip trailing part being close to the trailing edge and being bent upwards relative to the blade tip base part. An angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip trailing part is greater than an angle of attack of a chord of the blade tip base part, wherein the angle of attack is an acute included angle between the chord and the normal plane. The blade of the present application can provide a large air volume, and has higher static pressure and higher efficiency.

Blade and axial flow impeller using same

The present application discloses a blade, comprising a blade tip, a blade root, a leading edge, and a trailing edge, wherein the leading edge and the trailing edge each extend from the blade tip to the blade root; the blade may rotate around a rotation axis, and the rotation axis and a normal plane of the rotation axis perpendicularly intersect at the foot of the perpendicular; a projection of the leading edge on the normal plane along the rotation axis is a first curve, and the first curve has an even number of inflection points. The blade of the present application can reduce noise and improve aerodynamic performance when the blade rotates.

A blade () includes an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface being a pressure face (), and the lower surface being a suction face (), a blade tip () and a blade base (), a leading edge () and a trailing edge (), where the pressure face () and the suction face () each extend from the blade tip () to the blade base (), and each extend from the leading edge () to the trailing edge (). The blade () further includes a bent part (), the bent part () being arched from the pressure face () toward the suction face (), where the bent part () has a lowest point in a radial cross section of the blade (), and a connecting line () of the lowest points extends in a direction from the leading edge () to the trailing edge ().

A compressor includes an inlet and the inlet includes a flange and an impeller eye. The flange is connected to a suction line that transfers a refrigerant into the compressor via the impeller eye. The refrigerant flows into the compressor with an amount of swirl and a pressure loss. The suction line includes a geometry that includes a constantly decreasing cross-sectional area in a direction towards the compressor. The geometry of the suction line is configured to reduce the amount of swirl and the pressure loss.
