A separating device includes a separating unit and a crack front line adjusting unit. The separating unit is adapted to separate the flexible film and the substrate. During the process of separating the flexible film from the substrate, a crack front line is formed between a portion of the flexible film not separated from the substrate and a portion of the flexible film separated from the substrate. The crack front line adjusting unit is adapted to sense a relative displacement state of the flexible film and the substrate for determining a distribution of the crack front line, and is adapted to apply a down pressing force to the flexible film or the substrate and increase or decrease the down pressing force according to the relative displacement state, so as to adjust the distribution of the crack front line.

Separating device and separating method

A device is for removing a first substrate from a second substrate or adhering the first substrate to the second substrate. The device includes a carrier, a flexible member and a supporting member. The carrier is for fixing the first substrate. The flexible member is for fixing the second substrate. The supporting member is connected to the carrier and the flexible member. The carrier and the flexible member are spaced a distance from each other. The carrier, the flexible member and the supporting member together define a first variable pressure chamber. The first variable pressure chamber has a first air hole.

Device for removing and adhering substrate and method for using the device

A flexible electronic device includes a first flexible substrate, a first electronic component, a second flexible substrate, a second electronic component and an adhesive layer disposed between the first flexible substrate and the second flexible substrate. The first electronic component is disposed on a first surface of the first flexible substrate. The second electronic component is disposed on a first surface of the second flexible substrate. The first surface of the first flexible substrate has a first FPC bonding area having an orthogonal projection projected on a plane where the second flexible substrate is located does not overlap the second flexible substrate. The first surface of the second flexible substrate has a second FPC bonding area having an orthogonal projection projected on a plane where the first flexible substrate is located does not overlap the first flexible substrate.

Flexible electronic device and method for manufacturing the same

A supply system capable of providing a working fluid is provided. The supply system includes an access device, a first energizer, a second energizer, a third energizer and an output device. The access device utilized to access the working fluid includes a connecting port. The first energizer provides a first energy to energize the working fluid, thereby expelling the bubbles from the working fluid. The second energizer provides a second energy to energize the working fluid received in the access device, thereby expelling the working fluid through the connecting port of the access device. The output device is connected to the access device, thereby receiving and outputting the working fluid. The third energizer provides a third energy to heat the working fluid passing through the access device and the output device.

Supply system and injection-head structure thereof

An apparatus for roll-to-roll processing includes a first roller for converting the transmission of a roll of flexible material from a first direction to a second direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction, a second roller spaced apart from the first roller and extending transversely with respect to the first roller for converting the transmission of the roll of flexible material from the second direction to a third direction substantially orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction, and a third roller spaced apart from the second roller and extending perpendicularly with respect to the first roller for converting the transmission of the roll of flexible material from the third direction to a fourth direction, wherein the roll of flexible material includes a first side and a second side, and wherein the first roller, the second roller and the third roller contact the same one of the first side and the second side of the roll of flexible material.

Apparatus and system for roll-to-roll processing

A structure of the stacked inkjet head is composed of a stacked fluid structure and an actuator. At least one of the several plates in the stacked fluid structure has a junction with a tuning hole for enhancing the connection strength of the junction, accommodating overflown adhesive, and reducing structural deformation resulted from the temperature. The invention also avoids the troubles of inhomogeneous etching speeds when making nozzles or channels.
