A fastening bolt includes a shaft defining a central axis, a head, a drilling portion, and first threads alternating with second threads. The first threads and the second threads have different outer diameters. Each first thread has a trailing surface facing the head and inclined to a line perpendicular to the central axis by a trailing angle and a leading surface facing the drilling portion and inclined to the line by a leading angle. The trailing angle is smaller than the leading angle to build an asymmetrical form. Some threads near the drilling portion form respective cutting grooves and recesses thereon. Each cutting groove is formed by walls with different lengths and opened at an angle which does not exceed 90 degrees. The bolt breaks the workpiece quickly by the cutting grooves and recesses. The asymmetrical first threads help enter the workpiece quickly and attain a firm engagement therewith.

Gate structure and method for trimming spacers

A water boiling device includes a heat tank unit received in a machine body, a high frequency induction heater, and a heat pipe unit. The heat tank unit includes first and second heating tanks in communication with each other. Outside water can flow into the first and second heating tanks. The high frequency induction heater includes a heat pipe induction coil and first and second induction coils. The heat pipe unit includes first and second heating pipes. An upper section of each heating pipe is received in one of the heating tanks, and a lower section of each heating pipe extends out of the heating tanks and is inserted into the heat pipe induction coil. The first and second heating tanks will heat up to heat the water in the first and second heating tanks when a high frequency current is passed through the heat pipe induction coil and first and second induction coils.

High-efficiency water boiling device

A high-efficiency water boiler includes a shell and a heating unit located in the shell. The heating unit includes a heating tank filled with fuel and a heater for heating the fuel. A containing unit includes a container provided around the heating tank. A heat conduction unit includes heat conduction pipes leading to the container from the heating tank to transfer heat to the container from the heating tank. A cooling unit includes a heat exchanger for cooling the fuel going therein from the heating tank. An inlet pipe extends through the heat exchanger and includes an end connected to a leading section of the container so that water can go into the container through the inlet pipe. An outlet pipe is connected to a tailing section of the container so that the water can leave the container through the outlet pipe.

High-efficiency water boiler

A water boiler includes a water storage tank, a heater, and a heat pipe unit. The water storage tank includes a heating room, an outer water storage room, and an inner water storage room between the heating room and the outer water storage room in a radial direction. Outside water flows from an inlet pipe to the outer water storage room, and water in the outer water storage room flows into the inner water storage room and the heating room for storage. The heater includes an induction coil. The heat pipe unit includes a plurality of heat-transfer pipes. An upper segment of each heat-transfer pipe is arranged in the heating room, while a lower segment of each heat-transfer pipe is received in the induction coil. When the induction coil turns ON, the heat-transfer pipes are heated to heat the water in the heating room.
